Pros:

Hotel moderno ed elegante. Pulito e molto accogliente. Camera ampia. Servizio in camera eccellente. Assolutamente consigliato. Posizione centrale. Zona tranquilla e non rumorosa.

Good location, hotel ok but wouldn’t stay again.

Cons:

Shower wasn’t cleaned very well, bunch of hair left in it. Pillows too soft. Room way too hot, 24°c at one point despite having the window opened. AIR CON not good at all. Promised a fan, then didn’t get one again despite asking at 9.30am. Outside temperature was 22°c.
Only two towels replaced, other two left and not folded. Breakfast was ok. Staff not that welcoming seemed pretty miserable. So hotel ok but wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel molto pulito vicino al quartiere ebraico comdo hai servizi un quarto d' ora a piedi sei al ponte delle catene comdo pullman x aereoporto la stanza :noi eravamo all' ultimo piano con il balconcino siamo stati benissimo materasso molto comodo manca il bidet ma noi siamo abituati all 'estero poco purtroppo colazione nel complesso buona bel servizio
