Horrible experiencia. Me fui muy angustiada
Cons:

Tener cuidado con cosas de valor!. Me he dejado en la bata del spa un collar de alto valor sentimental, al otro día cuando quiero volver a usar el spa me encuentro con que no estaba mi bata, pero si la de mi marido, y ni siquiera me habían dejado una de repuesto, lo cual fue MUY extraño. Claro que nadie quiere hacerse cargo de esta situación. Si te vas a hospedar en este lugar tener cuidado con las cosas de valor

Amazing!
Pros:

Very helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond for us! Offered helpful advice and directions and never got frustrated when we asked them to repeat things that we had not understood.
Very comfortable rooms with impeccable hygiene and tvs linked up with all apps I.e youtube,Netflix ,Disney plus the ability to chromecast. Drinks in mini fridge and bar beyond reasonably priced unlike other hotels!

The staff helped me switch to a room with only a small difference in size.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room size did not match what was shown during booking. There was no proper wardrobe for clothes, which was inconvenient given our 5-night stay, so we had to keep everything in our luggage. On the first day, bathrobes were not provided.

Did not eat the breakfast there so cannot comment on the food.

Cons:

The heating in deluxe room was not working. The staff did offer another room for the next day and compensation for first night being cold. Appreciated that consideration.

Amazing city stay in the Museum Hotel
Pros:

The room was really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel makes it an exceptional base to explore the city from as you are within 30 minutes walk of absolutely everything. We did use a taxi to travel to the baths and the reception staff were extremely helpful in recommending local apps to use to return back to the hotel. Speaking of reception staff I have never met a more friendly and helpful group of people. I had arranged massages and a birthday surprise for my partner and the communication before our stay was excellent. While there in the hotel there was an excellent chat feature through WhatsApp which was an amazing way to request a fresh set of towels when we needed them having used the sauna.
