A beautiful historic building in a great location.
Pros:

Booked 2 hertiage King rooms in this beautiful historical building in the centre of Sydney that allowed us to explore the city on foot. I still was amazed on how you can see the Harbour Bridge when you come out that side of the hotel. Really large rooms with the most comfy beds! Reception staff very kindly placed us in rooms away from the ongoing construction of the Hunter Station. Reasonably priced for a city centre hotel.

Excellent choice in the city center
Pros:

Great location, easy to access places at walking distance. Outstanding breakfast with a large variety of items - bonus points for the roast ham. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and a variety of pillows were available for everyone's preferences. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Cons:

Planned to have a bath only to notice it wasn't very clean. There were some hair, oil and formed foam noticed when I turned the tap on.

Harbour Side Adventure
Pros:

Staff very attentive and friendly. Room was great. Very comfortable. Perfect location for our booked events at Circular Quay.

Cons:

Unfortunately was not able to login to streaming services. All attempts failed.

Pros:

The reception and bell captain staff were excellent. On departure, a kind Nepali staff walked with me carrying my bag to catch a taxi as roads were closed around the hotel due to Anzac day. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Location was Excellent for an easy walk to Angel Place Concert Hall.

Cons:

Conversely the waiters at breakfast were awful. One kept repeating loudly and disapprovingly that I was alone while struggling to find a seat for such a socially unacceptable entity. There were, in fact, plenty of seats. I don't know his place of origin, but this waiter obviously had not caught up with Australian law againsr gender discrimination, let alone international law andl human rights.
