Great Location and Service
Pros:

Clifford the doorman provided excellent service and assistance with our bags and was helpful and friendly. Great location, walking distance to The Rocks and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was very nice. All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. The room had nice touches and facilities were clean and well maintained

Great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary
Pros:

The beautiful and classy feeling of the hotel, without it feeling old. It was in a great position near the city, but far enough back from the foot traffic that it was peaceful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the team were so helpful.
We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and they spoilt us with a bottle of bubbles, it was lovely.

Worksite in front of the hotel, but we have been offered a free breakfast to compensate the unpleasant situation, that of course is not under hotel responsibility

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They made our visit so easy and enjoyable. The room faced the construction work opposite the hotel but even though it was super loud outside, we could barely hear it in our room. It occasionaly sounded more like a quiet clothes drying was running next door. There was no noise from it through the night. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The pool was a great size and the water was the perfect temp to easily and comfortabley hop straight in. Very easy walk to city shops and all the surrounding attractions.

Cons:

The replies to emails in the lead up to our stay were very delayed, but once there we could see how busy they were.
