Pros:

Beautiful building, excellent location, staff and service exceptional. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Definitely recommend staying at The Paradox.

Cons:

Curtains closed for our entire stay. No view, due to construction, so missed opportunity for complete experience.

Good location on high floor. Comfortable bed. Good response to request for contour pillows.

Fantastic! Will choose here next time!
Pros:

Facilities were great including indoor pool and spa, staff were very helpful and friendly, fantastic restaurant and in-room dining options. This hotel is in a heritage building and has a lot of charm about it. Would definitely recommend to others!

Had a great stay here.
Pros:

Great location. Clean and tidy. Nice restaurant and bar. Lovely and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

The heating and aircon in the room didn’t appear to function correctly.

便利な立地で快適なホテル
Pros:

シドニーは初めてでしたが
どこに行くのにも便利な立地で、早朝着いてすぐにお部屋に入れて助かりました。
お部屋はいつも綺麗に掃除してくれてありバスタブとシャワーが別々でゆっくり出来朝食も美味しかったです。
日本人のスタッフの方がいてとても親切に色々と教えてくださり有り難かったです。
このホテルを選んでも良かったです。
また、宿泊したいホテルです。

Pros:

Location was the best, complained about the room and were moved to 4th floor. Everything from then on was excellent. Would stay there again.

Breakfast $50 it's a bit much also the back lift was not working l was told and l cannot do steps. I thought. when l booked in they would see l cannot cope with a plain room and a disabled room would have been a lot better next time .
