The highlight of the stay was definitely the hotel staff. Everyone was very polite, kind, and helpful throughout our time there. In particular, the receptionist who welcomed us on the night of our arrival was extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he made a great first impression.

The hotel itself also has a good structure. The rooms are equipped with what is necessary for a comfortable stay and generally meet the expectations of a good hotel. It is clear that the property has the potential to offer a solid four-star experience.

Cons:

Some details related to maintenance could receive more attention. During our stay, we noticed that the first floor appeared to be deactivated, which can feel a bit unusual for guests arriving at the hotel.

Another small detail was in the bathroom of the room. When we arrived, the toilet paper roll had already been partially used, which gave the impression that it had not been replaced before our check-in.

Breakfast was unfortunately the weakest part of our experience. The variety of options was very limited, with very few items available. In addition, some products did not seem very fresh. Items such as cheeses and cold cuts did not appear to be of very good quality and looked like they had been sitting out for some time. The coffee from the machine was also quite watery and lacked flavor

Staff gentilissimo, stanza pulita e accogliente, buona colazione a buffet, in due/tre fermate di autobus (fermata a 200 mt dall'Hotel) si raggiunge il centro.

Le stanze sono sporche e pieni di polvere, comprese le lenzuola e i cuscini dove ho trovato capelli….li ho messi anche alla prova ma ho trovato tutto uguale, la colazione la mattina lascia a desiderare il caffè e’ acqua macchiata per non parlare del resto se dovrei dare un voto per essere un 4 stelle il mio voto è 1

Ήταν πολυ αρχοντικό στυλ το ξενοδοχείο και πολυ κοντά στη πόλη, τόσο με τα πόδια μόλις 5' απο τη γέφυρα και ακριβώς 1' η στάση λεωφορείου που πήγαινες παντού...πολυ εξυπηρετικό...ακρινως διπλα στο κάστρο της βουδας...θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Cons:

Θα ήθελα λίγο πιο πλούσιο το πρωίνο τόσο σε αλμυρά όσο κ σε γλυκά..γενικά ήταν αρκετά καλό όμως.
