Baustelle, absolutes "No go"!!!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach teilweise gut deutsch. Nach kurzer Diskussion konnten wir sogar mit Karte in Euro bezahlen. Es gab im Zimmer eine Minibar und die Dusche war bodengleich und für mich, als sehr kräftigem 184cm-Mann, ausreichend groß. Allerdings war der Duschkopf schrott und spritze in alle Richtungen.

Cons:

Ein absolutes "No go". Das Haus ist eine Baustelle und es wird bei laufendem Betrieb saniert/renoviert. Die Fenster sind mit Folie von außen zugeklebt, aber man lässt sie am besten einfach zu, denn dilas Zimmer (angeblich schönstes Erkerzimmer") lag zur 4spurigen Hauptstraße mit 2 Busspuren. Der Krach ging bis tief in die Nacht. Montag morgen fangen dann die Arbeiter um 07:30 Uhr an zu bohren. Der Aufzug war immer wieder defekt und öffnete in der 2.Etage (unsere) nicht die Tür und schaltete dann sebständig den Strom aus. Beim ersten Mal waren wir voll geschockt. Zum Glück fuhr der Aufzu aber immer wieder von selbst runter.
Das Bettlaken war für das Doppelbett zu klein und als meine Frau dies gerade ziehen wollte, sah man darunter Haare von den Vormietern🤢. In den Gardienen waren Löcher. Im Bad ging eine Schublade immer wieder von selber auf.
Das Frühstück war zwar umfangreich, aber Wurst und Käse zeigten vertrockete Ränder und Brötchen wurden erst nachgelegt, wenn das letzte genommen worden war.
Wenn die Arbeiten mal fertig sind und mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und Technik gelegt wird, könnte das sicherlich ein Schätzchen sein.

L'hotel è ben insonorizzato, la camera è silenziosa nonostante sia su una strada trafficata; i letti sono comodi e la colazione varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Il prezzo dichiarato non è quello pagato: per 3 notti di soggiorno, con le imposte di soggiorno e il comodo parcheggio interno, il totale era di 491 €; ci hanno chiesto se volevamo il pagamento in fiorini o euro, con carta di credito o contanti. OVVIAMENTE con carta di credito: la Signora della reception fa un calcolo con la calcolatrice (!!!) e l'importo sale a 534 € (quasi il 9% in più!!!) per "commissioni di banca". Durante la vacanza abbiamo pagato sempre con la carta (anche nei bar per un caffè) e il POS automaticamente chiedeva se pagare con carta in euro o in fiorini, senza calcoli misteriosi con la calcolatrice! Altro problema è l'acqua calda: se si fa la doccia nell'ora di punta (dalle 8 alle 9) l'acqua della doccia è fredda o appena tiepida (successo per due giorni di fila).

empfehlenswertes Hotel wenn man bereit ist mit dem Bus Unternehmungen zu machen
Pros:

Vielfältiges Frühstück, Großes Zimmer, gute Lage zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, sonst eher abgelegen, nettes Personal an der Rezeption, sprechen Deutsch, hilfsbereit, Gepäck konnte bis zur Abreise im Hotel verbleiben, e-Ladesäule (nicht genutzt, Ladepreis unbekannt)

Cons:

Handtücher täglich getauscht (wäre nicht erforderlich), Duschgel nur von mittler Qualität,
