This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is exceptionally clean with the freshest smell. The staff is friendly/efficient. The gym and pool are small but very nice. Overall, highly suggest a stay here!

I loved the live music and open bar outside.
Housekeeping was very rude, when it came time to checkout. I was running 3 minutes late, and the housekeepers tone was very aggressive.
Large clean quiet comfy room (suite), soaker tub and full size fridge boosted my rating to 4. But, our suite has unlit dark areas in the kitchenette. No dishes or cookware were in the plentiful cupboards. TV pic was clear with HBO. FNC, but no NEWSMAX or OAN. Hall carpets were nice but areas needed shampooing. Elevator was quick. Staff were friendly. Attached restaurant The James is OK. Suites used to have jetted tub which I preferred. Maybe some still do. Location is convenient.
Location to the ballpark.
Front desk staff was rude. An elderly lady tripped on a rug at the front doors while I was checking in. Myself and another gentlemen attempted to help the lady up and the front desk lady was all upset me moved a chair over for the woman to sit on til ems got there. Manager on duty just as rude when asked my the block for the team didn’t have enough rooms for everyone but yet booking.com still had rooms available. Highly disappointed in Holiday inn. For $251/night I expected better customer service and a toilet that didn’t run all night long! 10/10 won’t stay here again when in Williamsport PA!!

Pool was right across from the front desk and kind of cloudy but open till 11 pm. So overall it wasn’t bad.
We stayed as a family for one night to your the World of Little League Museum. Great location right off the interstate. Clean rooms and friendly staff. A great price for our stay.

Was confusing on which entrance I was supposed to go in at. The lady directed me but I had to go down a long hallway with all my stuff.

Not enough staff in restaurant could not get waited on at bar! Serving everybody else as we sat there! Got in conversation with bartender he could care less!
