staff was real helpfull
Good location for several things, pleasant and efficient staff, easy in and out, clean, good breakfast room
I like the size of the room. I like that it had the queen bed and the pullout couch.
I was unhappy that the dryer in the suite did not work I was very upset that I had requested specifically for a hot tub and come to find out their hot tub is permanently out of commission. Like that was the specific reason I requested the more expenses sleep because I had a washer and dryer and the office guy said oh I forgot that the dryer didn’t work in there so it shows they knew the dryer didn’t work very very unhappy they need to make sure all the appliances are working in the units and they need to change their ad from having a hot tub. The hot tub is the main focal point of this hotel without the hot tub. This hotel is maybe a two star hotel on a good day super ghetto and I stayed at a lot of hotels.
The staff was accommodating and helped switch me to a room with a bath tub for my child
The cleanliness wasn’t the best. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies
The breakfast was very good.

The location of the hotel is nice
No curtains to cover the windows - it was just a sheer see through drapes and the cortisone did not cover the windows so people could possibly see in the room and this is the room with the spa
Wifi was frequently disconnecting
Cable was not good - no cartoon Network and the channels were not and to be selected with the number pad on the remote
Hot tub was out of service and no timeline on repairs - this was noted by a sign on the door
Breakfast was the same both days I was there - not bad but could have been better - there was also a homeless guy there both days at the breakfast Cafe very strange looking character and was able to just walk in and help himself
Hotel does not have any roll away beds and did not have extra blankets
Overall I feel like it was overpriced and not with it for the issues listed
I didnt have time for breakfast but itblooked and smelled amazing as i walked throught to grab a muffin on my way out. Gentlemen at the front desk was very kind, parking was easy
Staff, room, breakfast
We really wanted to sleep in o n the last day of our trip.
Our room was close to the hotel laundry room and the maids started going in and out very early and letting the laundry room door slam shut each time every maid entered and exited. The slamming noise reverberated down the hall and jolted us awake and continued for quite some time. We obviously could forget about sleep.
Breakfast was great. Hair, not ours, was left in the shower. Chose this hotel for guest laundry. Washing machine was out of order so was unable to do laundry.
