Very little it was so bad... Staff were super nice and friendly however so they deserve credit

Cons:

Room was dirty and so noisy with the trains and I do appreciate how busy it was at that time but they hotel was a complete rip off and took advantage by charging so much for such a terrible room

Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

Hard beds. Comforter too warm - unable to open windows to cool room as trains going by. Unreasonably priced breakfast. No coffee maker in room even though website and booking.com stated one was available. Stayed in similar comfortroom in Berlin which had both a fridge and coffeemaker.

Locatie naast het Hbf. 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Uitzicht op de treinen maar door goede isolatie hoorde je ze niet

Pros:

Дуже приємно, що для гостей готелю, передбачена у номері мінеральна вода. Також в номері є чайник і набори чаю і кави. Загалом чисто, комфортно і зручно!

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste. Uns gefällt die Lage, das Entgegenkommen des Personals bei individuellen Wünschen und vor allen Dingen die Möglichkeit zum Kühlen für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal.

Hotel und Zimmer plus der Service war echt Mega ! Ich komme aus Aachen und habe meine Partnerin und Eltern besucht, war dort schon in einige Hotels aber das war ehrlich das beste und wird auch hoffentlich demnächst wieder besucht von mir ! Mein Zimmer oben war top plus der Herr an der Rezeption hat mir ein Zimmer mit tolle Aussicht gegeben :) beste Grüße

Cons:

Мы приехали в отель и там не нашлось места. При этом букинг подтвердил заселение и полностью списал деньги с карты. Отель предложил просто отказаться от номера через Гугл чтобы потом вернуть суму. Прошла неделя уже и деньги никто мне не вернул до сих пор. Единственное спасибо персоналу - они нашли нам номер поблизости в своей сети отелей.
