Friendly & helpful team
Pros:

The maintenance experience was super quick and helpful. We were helped by Praneel. He was very friendly & professional. My experience with the front desk attendants and housekeeper was also very friendly and helpful.

My thaughts on stay in Delta hotel Burnaby
Pros:

Here is the good,location and staff, especially Praneel in maintance and manager by the name Josh who were very helpful. Now here is not so good. Rooms are clean but very tired and outdated. Usually when one sees the lobby it is reflective of the rooms as well. Sadly not in this case. The rooms, bathrooms, and tv reception need a major overhaul.

Best maintenance guy!
Pros:

Praneel Goundar was our maintenance guy who came to help when we had issues with setting up our game system and tv, he was very efficient, kind and attentive! He came back 2 days in a row and solved our issues without hesitation. He made our stay just that much better with kindness and helpfulness, great problem solver.
