It was a decent place to stay. Not the best and not the worst.
Pros:

It was conveniently located and mostly comfortable

Cons:

The pillows might as well not even been there. Possibly the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever used. It also says breakfast available but it is just a voucher for some money off Denny’s across the way which should be specified online

Decent hotel , overall , but ..
Pros:

Decent hotel overall , housekeeping needs to pay attention to room condition, though - One light on the desk , was flashing enough to trigger an Epileptic Seizure , Alarm clock was set about 3 hours behind actual time , micro-wave clock was not set at all , and wife found a large bug, maybe a cockroach crawling on the floor in the morning - Kids running down the hall screaming at around 9:30 and a barking dog around 10 o'clock didn't help our sleep - And , while the desk clerk said breakfast vouchers would be available at 6 Am , paper in the room said 7 AM , wasn't sure which was right, so we skipped breakfast

Great Value / Convenient / Wonderful Staff!
Pros:

This is a busy, older yet well built hotel. The management / staff obviously strive to maintain the property in excellent condition. It appears to have been renovated within the last ten years. The staff is VERY friendly and responsive to requests. The 24-hour airport / area shuttle is great and easy to schedule online via the app. My room was immaculately clean (to include the microwave and refrigerator). The furniture is well built, in good condition, comfortable and cozy (my room had a sofa-bed as well). My bed was firm (my preference) so I slept very well, and I appreciated the ergonomic desk chair. The bathroom is a tad small, and a bit worn (shower pan) with low water pressure, but very clean. My room had a large sink area outside of the lavatory, so that was very nice. The bath and bed linens were in very good condition and on the plush side. Parking is ample and safe (a 24-hour Denny's shares the parking lot), and while the area isn't necessarily beautiful (near I-90, airport industrial park and a large fuel station), it seemed safe, well lighted and maintained and VERY convenient for the airport and all areas of Spokane. The included breakfast is via a coupon arrangement with Denny's across the parking lot. To me this was a brilliant option...one can choose from the available coupon options, or use the coupon as a $7.00 credit toward your bill if you order other items. What puts this hotel above others in the area is the staff: they really strive to go the extra mile to please and be responsive. "Mary" and "Parker" at the front desk, and my housekeeper "Elizabeth" are stars, but honestly, every staff member seemed friendly and helpful.

The accessible bathroom was well equipped for my husband who is mobility impaired and uses a wheelchair and a walker.

Cons:

The room was described as handicapped accessible. My husband uses a wheelchair. The sleeping area in the room was very “tight” and hard to maneuver the wheelchair between the beds and dressers.

Cons:

I was double booked for two rooms instead of one. I was charged a "no show fee for the second room. It took almost a week before my funds (minus no show fee) were returned to my account so I could book the next week for a return stay. I was double booked again for the same date. I had to talk my way up to the property GM. She was no help. Would not refund the no show. Since I booked through Booking.com, it was their fault. Booking.cim returned my money instantly. The hotel continued to hold my funds. Eventually I got my refund. (Minus the $160 fee for the no show charge.

Excellent stay
Pros:

This hotel stay was quite pleasant from the moment the shuttle picked us up until we checked out. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The towels were plush, and the bed comfortable and the price was reasonable. We would stay there again.
