Made to feel like my time and money weren’t any good. Front desk girl was rude

Cons:

At check in, staff was rude and didn’t make me a priority as a customer. The front desk agent didn’t know how to finish third party reservations from booking.com
She was helping other customers for over an hour before helping me and doing her job.
It was a horrible start to a mediocre stay.

Once we finally got into the room -207- there was a switch blade knife left in the window that my son found.

Over all, not the best experience for the price.

impossibile dire cosa mi sia piaciuto, motel di basso livello, la pulizia c'era.

Cons:

lavabo nel letto, personale seccato in tutto ciò che faceva, anche il solo registrare gli ospiti sembra essere un fastidio, no risposte alle domande, non raccomanderei a nessuno il soggiorno li.

Room was very clean,very roomy and quite and suitable for my liking

It was vey clean
And welcoming
The staffs were working well with us
The location is perfect away from all the craziness in downtown Spokane

Cons:

Didn’t like that the breakfast was at Danny’s
Which we were served poorly
When in traveling especially for sports and work
I want things right there where i don’t have to leave the building there were some infos were missing when i arrived at the place

When i booked the hotel its says that they were hot tub
Also breakfast was included but didn’t explain-better on the website that its serve at Dannys(small thing to have people aware of)

Enjoyable stay - no complaints
Pros:

We really appreciated the Denny's breakfast voucher that we received from the front desk at the hotel. I think that it's a very good business partnership with Denny's. The Denny's food was very good and the staff were very nice.

Sufficient for what we needed
Pros:

There was remodeling being done. It will look good when they finish! We could hear people in other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was at Denneys, which was good. Sadly, I forgot a pair of shorts and tank top. They were overlooked. :/ we were too far away to go back after them. I'm sure they were tossed.

Cons:

The new shower did not have sliding doors. Water got all over the floor

The quality of work in the bathroom Reno’s leaves a lot to be desired 😬

Mattress wasn’t great

Black out blinds were too far from the actual window to be able to effectively block out light.

Lots of hallway noise (rooms definitely not sound proofed properly)

Pros:

The rooms were nice and it was close to town.

Cons:

The staff was extremely unprofessional and did not go the extra mile whatsoever for us. Crystalee who helped us at the front was very unkind and unprofessional and for this reason we will not be staying there again and will make sure our family and friends do not either!
