Exceptional Service but not the hotel for us sadly
Pros:

Location was superb. Staff we dealt with were good but the concierge service staff were exceptional. Thank you for returning my earpods and for sorting our late luggage collection out in such a friendly & caring way!

Cons:

I didn't like the residence rooms - were we in the basement. The ensuite was incredibly small. Walking outside to access the front desk was not great. The internal layout of the main hotel was a bit disorientating. Bar area felt quite oppressive. The service was 5star but the hotel premises were not in our view sadly as I so wanted to like this hotel.

Pros:

Was good but not amazing, could be better
Pros:

Comfortable beds, facilities, booked massage and facial which was lovely

Cons:

Breakfast in the morning was late, forgot tea strainer, pastries, salt, pepper and even though lovely cup of earl grey tea it was only enough for 1 cup
Guys at door who should be opening the door were too busy chatting.
Also, got woken in early hours by bottles going into bin, very loud

Lovely relaxing break in a truely fantastic hotel
