Meiltä vietiin viini joka oli meille varattu kerrospalvelijan toimesta.
Kaukosäädin oli rikki mutta se vaihdettiin joten siintä ei sen enempää.
Vessassa oli luultavasti lattiakaivon tai lavuaarin hajulukko likainen koska viemärin hajua tuli hieman kun wc tilaan meni.

ヘルシンキ中央駅から徒歩1分。石畳の道をスーツケース持って移動はなかなか大変。またタンペレやイッタラ村へ行くのに駅が近いのは大変便利だった。
朝食は非常に美味しかった。5泊したが飽きなかった。
エレベーターは3基あるが5-6名でいっぱい。スーツケース持ってると2-3名でいっぱいなので、団体がチェックインした時にエレベーター待ちで大変な時があり注意が必要。
Todo estuvo muy bien. La habitacion y el desayuno excelentes.
Nos equivocamos con la reserva y reservamos un dia de mas, avisamos 2 dias antes, cuando nos dimos cuenta. Nos lo cobraron igual. No es una queja porque no habiamos pagado para poder suspender, es simplemente para aclarar que son correctos pero no considerados.

Good location, suiatable to all attractions!
1. A huge noise experienced from dogs in next room.
2. Windows must be made able to be opened.
3. Baths needs good cleaning. Find woman long hair in bath.
4. Staff needs to be more polite.

Great location, particularly since we came into the railway station from the airport at midnight, and also because the tram to the Tallinn ferry that we were taking at the end of our stay went from a stop outside the railway station too. The hotel was also perfectly located to explore all the different areas of Helsinki, to the south, east, north and west. The top floor restaurant had great views, and the breakfast was excellent.
The room was rather small, and the bathroom felt rather dated.
