We are currently renovating bathrooms at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Helsinki. The renovation will be carried out in phases so that the hotel and restaurant 10. Kerros remain open as usual. We aim to minimize any impact from the renovation and ensure our guests’ comfort. Work will be paused during evenings and weekends to avoid disturbance to hotel guests.

Good Value for Money
Pros:

The location is superb, within minutes from the main train station, and it is close to shopping centre and eateries. The room we booked is on the smaller end, but it has everything we need. The room is clean, and I personally like the heated bathroom flooring during winter. The check in staff are friendly, and they attended promptly to our showerhead and bidet issue.

Pros:

到着が深夜になるため、駅近のホテルを選びました。中央駅の目の前にあるため立地は抜群です。
朝食も種類が多く美味しかった。テラスから朝日に照らされる街並みを眺めると清々しい気分になれます。

Cons:

昔からあるホテルなので、水回りなどはやはり古く見えます。
30年ほど前にも泊まったことがありますが、その当時と印象は変わっていません。

Aamupala oli loistava, ala carte oli hyvä, palvelu hyvää ja ruoka tuli tosi nopeasti vaikka ravintola oli täysi. Arkkitehtuuri ihanaa. Sijainti loistava rautatieaseman vieressä.
