Pros:

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, very comfortable rooms.

It sometimes felt like the air con was turned off over night, but that may have just been our room.

Friendly Lisbon
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for 6 days and had many excursions planned. Staff was very helpful with excursions and rides.

Lovely but at a cost
Pros:

Beautiful rooms . We stay in 4S in many locations. This id say perhaps isn’t up to the best of the others. But a lovely hotel.
Position is a good walk from down town. Staff usual 4S . Thought comparative to others 2 top Lisbon hotels this was not the best. Top prices however.

A very positive experience from start to finish

It’s a hotel that exudes organisation and a genuine care for its guests, truly befitting the Portuguese people. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Four Seasons Lisbon is Terrible
Pros:

The hotel is doing major construction without notifying the guests. The noise is unbearable and management does not care about the guests. Stay away. Lots of better choices in Lisbon.

Outstanding.
Pros:

The quiet refinement of the decor and the warmth and efficiency of the staff makes this Lisbons #1 hotel. Rooms are large, the aircon good ( a must in Lisbon ), the beds supremely comfortable and the showers powerful. For jet lagged travellers the central location ( 20 mins from the airport ) on Parco Eduardo VII gives the hotel a sense of welcome inner-city calm. The downstairs bar with its 1950 era tapestries and walls of yellow marble is a quite remarkable work of architectural good taste. The hotel restaurant next to it surprised us. The chef should have a Michelin star in his own right. The bar staff and the ladies at the concierge desk are efficient and knowledgeable.

We have returned from Portugal with the view that this hotel ranks alongside the Palace in Tokyo for superior guest comfort. The place is clearly superbly managed and the staff seem to enjoy working there. This is reflected in the outstanding service.

We shall go again.
