El personal de recepción, las habitaciones muy bien, la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y la facilidad para tomar el bus al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Lo unico que podría comentar es que no tenía la opción de comer algo mas liviano, como sandwich u otro snack, solo se podía tomar la opción buffet para cenar. Lo demas todo super bien!

Overall a pleasant experience, the staff were very helpful.
Pros:

When I got to my room, the air conditioner wasn't working. I asked if they were able to come and fix it. They weren't able to come and fix it so they gladly put me in another room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The facilities were clean and spacious.

Cons:

When I contacted them about the air conditioner they said they would send someone to have a look. However after over an hour no-one had come and I was waiting for them before I went and got in the shower. So I rang them back and they said that it couldn't be repaired. I just think they should've called me back and presented another solution instead of making me wait. I also felt that the breakfast buffet was a bit dear for what they provided and the dinner there was also a bit expensive for the portion size.

Clean, close to the airport with great free shuttle service & minor inconveniences
Pros:

Novotel is really close to the airport. The bus shuttle goes between Crowne Plaza, Novotel and the airport every 20 minutes starting from 4:00 am which work works great for a 6 am flight. The room was really nice, clean, with complimentary water, coffee, and tea.

Cons:

The entry to the hotel was too steep uphill. So, when someone was caring the luggage, if was not very easy to pull it up to the lobby. There was only one person at the front desk checking guests in, which was too slow. And the shuttle bus stop was not clearly marked (easy to miss in the dark).
