Katie treated us great in both checking and checking out. She provided us with dining information. The breakfast was above average.

Good value for location. Met the need.
Pros:

It's a good location and a nice hotel. Feels a bit older - but it's nice enough and had good value. I'd stay again if I were going into the region and looking for the best of location / price / value.

Cons:

I don't think the breakfast is high quality. It's part of the booking - but I looked at it and preferred to go elsewhere. Cheap calories / poor ingredients / highly processed food. Contributing to the obesity epidemic across America... Coffee was not good. Other aspects of hotel seem older, but good quality.

Pros:

First time that I stayed - Convenient to the worksite on which I was working in the area. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Cons:

My stay was rather short - checked into the room in the afternoon - immediately left to meet with the work team. Didnot return until late and left early before 730AM. Didn't have much time to discern dislikes - nothing negative stands out.

Great location.
Pros:

GREAT LOCATION !!! very nice and spacious room with nice view.

Cons:

vending machine on 2nd floor is not working, i paid $7.50 for pack of M&M's, there is no body wash in bathroom, and the size of the shampoo and conditioner is very small, good for 1 shower. the main lobby is very plain, if you have broken vending machines on floors than there should be one working in main lobby. there is also none of the tourist area with attractions and activities pamphlets or brochures.

Great location and price
Pros:

The location was perfect for visiting New Bern. Easy access across the bridge to downtown sites

Cons:

It was such a pretty location on the river, it is a shame that it hasn't been renovated. The bed was comfortable but the bedding, pillows, blankets, needed to be updated.
