Pros:

Location, views of marina and staff are great. Super comfortable bed and quiet when sleeping.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet can be improved. I found the food not appealing and coffee was warm. More freshly made items would help as well as additional fruit/pastries.

We may stay at the Bridgepoint hotel in a fourth floor suite next time.
Pros:

The location is outstanding and the facility in general is in great shape. The open grounds make it very inviting.
My stay was off-season, so parking was not a problem and the multiple entrances make arriving convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast room is huge. Access to outside tables was very nice. But the breakfast selection on back-to-back days was identical. The staff was very friendly, but I expected more on the menu.

Pros:

Staff was so friendly at the front desk, and at breakfast. Additionally they were so kind to my dog. Easy walk across the bridge into the main part of town. Walked for miles!
