Okay..
Pros:

Breakfast was really good, location great.

Cons:

It certainly wasn't a "luxury" hotel. Most Best Westerns are better. Price was too high for the product.

Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was the room. Was a good space.

Cons:

First of all I wanted to take my kids to the pool and there was like 10-15 guys drinking and being so loud since like 1pm. I asked the front desk if they can let me know when they were gone so I can take my kids, well that never happened. Then we left the hotel and when we got back around 10pm now they were in the front of the hotel drinking and they were peeing on the parking lot not caring who was around. When we were walking inside the hotel we see the front desk lady drinking with them. It was horrible took my children up to our room and staring hearing arguing when we looked out the window the police was outside. The men where braking the glass beer bottles the police took someone it was just a horrible experience would never book here again and hope no one does. It is definitely not safe place for anyone and specially children so inappropriate and to have staff out there drinking with them allowing this and not reporting it is definitely not safe place for anyone. Then after the police left the men where being so loud inside the hotel I can hear them from my room.

Great stay, exceptional breakfast host.
Pros:

Location, right next to the freeway is very convenient easy in and easy out. The staff was exceptional. Everyone from the night staff who checked us in, morning staff who checked us out. Big shout out to Merarri, the young women that took care of the breakfast bar in the morning. The place was spotless, food was fresh and constantly restocked. She was very friendly, offering guests yogurt parfaits, can’t say enough about the breakfast area.

Cons:

Key cards didn’t work at the non-lobby entrance doors at the end of the building. Had to park there, but then forced to walk to lobby entrance.
