Laat de hond toe in het restaurant en we komen zeker terug.
Pros:

Ruimte achter de liftkoker op het gelijkvloers was zeer vuil, hoewel die ruimte leeg stond (vroeger een fitness?)
Kamer was zeer rustig, goed van temperatuur en proper.

Cons:

Ons klein hondje was toegelaten, dat was prima. Maar,.. hij was niet toegelaten in het restaurant. Gevolg: we moesten het diertje alleen laten op de kamer en bij het minste geluid -> blaffen. Vermoedelijk heeft ons hondje daarmee naastliggende gasten gestoord. In een restaurant is zij super rustig en stoort niemand. Als hij maar bij ons kan zijn. Het onthaal wist ons te vertellen dat het niet toegelaten was omdat het hotel anders zijn deuren moest sluiten bij een inspectie. Dit is natuurlijk grote onzin. Er is geen wettelijke basis om dit te beweren, dit is louter een beslissing van het management. Hondjes niet toegelaten in de keuken? Neen, daarmee zijn we volledig akkoord. Maar het is een contradictie om een hond toe te laten op de kamer en die niet toe te laten in het restaurant. Daarmee heeft het hotel 2 diners verloren, want in het stadscentrum van Maastricht waren we in de restaurants hartelijk welkom met onze hond.

Goed hotel in Maastricht
Pros:

Goede locatie dicht bij busverbinding met centrum van Maastricht. Comfortabele kamer, goed ontbijt. Gratis parkeren vlakbij.

Cons:

In de badkamer zat eea niet goed vast aan de muur, doorgegeven aan receptie.

Pros:

Ontbijtpersoneel was heel aardig.

Cons:

Kamers hebben geen eigen temperatuurregelaar, was veels te warm omdat ze hele gebouw stoken. Blijkbaar oud systeem, dus niet geslapen door de warmte. Receptie zij vanwege duurzaamheid maar heel gebouw stoken is niet duurzaam tov individuele kamer. Raam open doet weinig. Deur pasje deed meerdere malen het niet, ze hadden gezegd bij ontbijt TD gaat batterij van deur vervangen maar daarna einde middag deed het toch niet. Ook receptie kon niet maar binnen met een soort masterkey 2e keer. Daarna heeft iemand zomaar no cleaning op mn deur gehangen dus geen schone kamer gehad. Personeel nacht en avond was meelevend en deed zn best, in de ochtend was stug. TD is nooit gekomen om de deurbatterij te vervangen. Aanbod was andere kamer met wel werkende deur. Conclusie, slechte ervaring in kwaliteit hotel, kom er nooit meer. Drankje gekregen toen ik moest wachten voor de deur. Ohja er is geen tel op de kamer om receptie te bellen. Bij uitchecken werd niet gevraagd naar iets of meelevend gereageerd, alsof er niks was gebeurd.

Het was oké
Cons:

Er kon best wel wat beter worden schoon gemaakt. Erg stoffig in de kamer.
In de badkamer en in het bad lagen nog haren van de vorige gast.
