Great place to stay for a great value.
Pros:

Nice room, breakfast included, nice TV in room, the microwave and refrigerator in room, and friendly staff.

Cons:

A little off the beaten path behind an old run down, closed restaurant.

Very clean and quiet hotel

Good place for one night during the road.
Pros:

It is regular hotel around Dayton, and it is good enough. There is fridge and microwave in the apartment. It is quite enough. The building looks old, but clean and in good condition. Outside of the building it is quite enough. It is near the Highway road, and no noise (enough distance from Highway road). Good enough for one or few nights.

Cons:

The building is old. Regular apartments as if in any hotel. However the quality is good enough (good hotel and breakfast included).
