Pros:

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The check in procedure is easy with Booking.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing massive renivation, so it is rather cluttered, a bit noisy and a bit disorganized. The breakfast buffet is quite good although it could be better, maybe it could be due to change of venue.

Affordable and comfortable and wish that the renovation work will be completed soon.
Pros:

The deluxe room is spacious, clean and comfy. Paid only 330 for a large room.

Cons:

Some of the guests on level 18 which I stayed were very noisy and it seemed like they were holding a party and were talking loudly in the corrridor and durian smell was very strong despite it not being allowed in hotels. Probably they were having a durian feast too. Called the reception to complain and things get better after that

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, good selection.
Suite was spacious

Cons:

Hotel under renovation, noisy and poor impression as there was no lobby, just a makeshift desk on the 3rd floor.
Not stated on hotel website that it is undergoing renovation. Felt cheated by the hotel.

Het bed was groot en de kamer was ruim.

De verbouwing was erg luid en begon vrij vroeg. De badkamer was verouderd.
