La ubicación perfecta, limpieza bien, el desayuno sencillo pero bien, del personal echamos de menos la empatia de las señoras que atendían el desayuno; aunque el idioma influye una sonrisa no cuesta nada; en la habitación nuestra no teníamos dónde colocar la ropa, el armario es diminuto; pero la cama bien; sábanas y toallas muy bien y el baño bien

Pros:

Hotel facilement accessible depuis la gare du Nord et proche du metro.

Cons:

Humidité telle dans la chambre pendant la nuit que les rideaux et les draps de lits touchant le sols ont été détrempés pendant la nuit.
Pas de geste commercial et de simples "excuses pour le désagrément. Vous auriez du demander a la reception pour changer de chambre en pleine nuit" le matin suivant cette mauvaise nuit.

il servizio è stato deludente: personale della colazione poco professionale e per nulla attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Considerando il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo tutt’altro livello di qualità.

Sicuramente non tornerò e non mi sento di consigliarla a nessuno.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal (10 minutes à pied de la Gare de l'Est/du Nord) et parfait pour explorer sans le métro les 9e, 10e et 2e arrondissements. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel.
Literie très confortable. Décoration sympa. Petite chambre et petite salle de bain bien agencées et équipées. Kit thé/café d'accueil dans la chambre.

Cons:

Vue sur une cour intérieure délabrée (l'hôtel n'y est pour rien). Heureusement que la literie est de très bonne qualité et le quartier est calme, car nous entendons le son sourd du métro sous l'hôtel (cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir).
