Just loved our stay at the Playford!
Pros:

From the minute we entered reception the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was luxurious and we were offered an upgrade to a junior suite which was just beautiful. The tram stop immediately out front was great.

All the staff are excellent!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, could not fault them! Felt a bit like there was a competition on who could open the disabled access door quickest which was entertaining. Housekeeping and Maintenance staff were also fantastic. Bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The restaurant was closed, however the bar menu was good.

Cons:

Disability access from accommodation to the in house bar area was disappointing (having to go outside and around to the front entrance). Lighting in the bathroom was a bit of a miss (couldn’t see properly to put on make up). Seating in the room was uncomfortable.

Would stay again, lovely staff made the stay extra enjoyable.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel but when I went and had a swim I found i couldn’t stay long because of the smell chlorine was so strong
