Ripped off

They ripped me off, paid for room with breakfast , my name only as principal traveller, and charged me $100 for an extra breakfast, I have travelled all over the world with booking . Com booking room and breakfast and never been charged for an extra breakfast, presently staying in two more locations in South Australia and have did the same booking procedure, and have breakfast for two with our accomodation.
At the Playford we arrived early, 9 am , and requested an early check in , said they would prioritise us, rang them twice during the day and both times they said yes I see you are a priorityy check-in , and we still did not check in till 3 pm, completes lies, I will never stay here again and I will be letting my travelling friends also know about our experience, I will also be contacting booking. Co directly and I am an Accor member as well.

Stunning place to stay, haven’t stopped telling people about it.
Pros:

Every single thing! The loveliest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, huge bed and bath omg!!!! Roomy, we were there three nights and could’ve stayed more!

I loved everything - I’ll be back!

We definitely will come back here and will recommend this hotel
Pros:

This property was very clean and really nice. We were able to check in early. We stayed here for my birthday and the staff was very kind cause they give me a birthday present during our stay. The pool and sauna were incredible and we enjoyed it.

Best hotel in Adelaide
Pros:

Love the breakfast, love the way u can scan the qr code near your bed and order different pillows and extras that was so cool all for free. The staff are always lovely and we love how clean it always is. The awesome Foxtel channels are great to watch all sorts of different movies. Great location as well. The spa bath in our room is next level!!!

Cons:

Nothing, we love coming to the Playford.

It felt luxe, relaxing and I loved our “New York Style” loft apartment room!
