Lovely hotel, comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff, great location for convention centre
Pros:

Room was spacious and very clean. Entire hotel was lovely, close to the convention centre which was the reason we were visiting Adelaide

Cons:

One reception staff member was quite rude - it felt out of character for all of the other staff we had encountered and was a shame it was at the end of our trip so the memory remained

Exceptional Service at The Playford Hotel Adelaide
Pros:

Fantastic experience during a business overnighter at The Playford Hotel Adelaide. Check in was a seamless experience and my suite was clean and spacious. Special mention goes out to Sheldon and Jade at Luma Restaurant for exceptional service and accommodating me after a late check in. Definitely recommend and a new favorite for my Adelaide trips.

Overall we had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay with you again
Pros:

facilities were excellent, the hotel itself is very classy, loved the fixtures and fittings

Cons:

Could not alter the air conditioner temp, I found it too warm at night, but then it may have been the quilt, it was quite thick.
Was a bit noisy Saturday night with cars speeding up and down Victoria Street and people talking.

A Great Place to Stay
Pros:

We had a great 5 night stay at this hotel, our room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is amazing, situated close to many options for food, shopping, entertainment and public transport. Our bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet with blockout blinds and along with the pillow menu assured a great nights sleep. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
