Pros:

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

We were double-booked, and some people barged into my son's room while he was wearing only his underwear. I just wonder why their system didn't show the allocation. There was no iron or ironing board in the rooms. We requested one, and it took forever to receive it. We were given an iron but no ironing board.

This is an efficient, clean and friendly hotel to stay in. I will stay there on future visits.
Pros:

I was warned by the organisation I was representing at an event not to stay there. They were wrong. The staff have been trained exceptionally well and are customer focused. Every employee greets you and asks how you are. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are comfortable and themselves clean. There is free parking which is an advantage because of the Bulawayo councils very aggressive parking employees who force you to pay even if there for a second. The check in experience was fast and friendly.

Cons:

The free wi-fi dropped in the morning after night one. I had a minor incident regarding the making up of the room. A dirty towel was left, there was no toilet paper and no coffee and sugar were replaced after the one night. The cleaning person in the passage was not very responsive. This was soon corrected by management who handled the issue professionally and with absolute empathy to what had happened. The TV channels were very limited and several of them had poor picture quality. None of the above detracted significantly from the quality of my stay.
