Comfortable and convenient for local attractions with friendly staff that were happy to help.
Pros:

It was well situated for visiting London sights including the Tower of London. Tube and rail stations within a couple minutes walk. Breakfast was really good with options for any taste.

Cons:

Adjustable air conditioning would have been good and there seemed to be some unfinished paintwork on room door frame but nothing that had any real impact on the stay.

Quiet part of London
Pros:

Staff throughout the entire hotel were all great! I had checked in after a 10 hour flight and the noticed how tired I was and quickly helped us get to the room to get some sleep. Facilities were clean and included a pool and sauna room...great for relaxing.

Cons:

Location is a bit further from LHR but great for sightseeing for Tower of London, etc.
