Another Excellent Stay – Even Better This Time
Pros:

Although this review is mainly about the second part of my stay, I'm also taking into account my overall experience across both visits.
One thing I really appreciated was the flexibility at check-in. During my previous stay, early check-in wasn't available withy extra charge. This time, however, a room was ready, and I was able to check in immediately upon arrival, about an hour earlier than the official check-in time. It was a great start to my stay.
The room was spacious, the location is simply outstanding—especially as I was visiting London for both business and leisure—and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

I honestly have nothing negative to mention this time. Compared to my review from February 2026, every point I had raised has been addressed, which shows that guest feedback is taken seriously.
Keep up the great work! I look forward to staying with you again.

It was ok. I’d suggest the property is more 3 stars
Pros:

The location is good, close to the train station.

Cons:

They need to be WAY clearer on the definition of air conditioning as coming from another country what’s listed isn’t clear and it’s not my responsibility to have to research those definitions.

Breakfast definitely wasn’t worth the money. Im not sure how the restaurant is affiliated with the hotel but the service during dinner and breakfast wasn’t absolutely terrible. We had to ask multiple times for menus, water and to pay the bill.

I also find it strange that no rooms have a phone, you have to go down to reception, what if there was an emergency?
