Nice Stay
Pros:

The location is very good. I stayed here last week, and the staff were amazing, always ready to help whenever needed. Rakin from reception was especially outstanding. He kindly helped us with nearby attractions and guided us through the Tube journey.

Great location, nice restaurant in the hotel
Pros:

We liked the location, the breakfast and the hotel's "Keepers" restaurant is an excellent option

Cons:

Our room was not ready at our check-in time. We got assigned another room where the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Also there were restoration works taking place at the time, which were not that annoying but we should have been notified in advance
