Holiday Inn Express Strathclyde Park M74 JCT 5 by IHG

The staff are AMAZING! They work so hard! I mean that. They do everything (bar, front desk, kitchen)!

Bed linen change request was ignored, housekeeper did not make the bed properly, did not straighten it, just covered it with the duvet. The communal areas like corridors and staircases were left dirty with food stains and food particles for about 2days plus.
Breakfast was ok, very small bathroom.
The hotel is close to many tourist attractions and city centre.

Check in was easy and the room was immaculate.
Breakfast was ‘cheap hotel breakfast’ quality but it wasn’t bad.

The place is very tired. Carpets need a good clean. Breakfast was average, staff cleaning tables or sweeping the mess of the floor would be a good idea to put into practice.

Room spacious and clean with a huge bed.
Lovely bedding; comfy pillows. Nice bathroom with great shower and toiletries.
Breakfast was busy - it was 10am Sunday morning but plentiful and good.
It was a pleasant stay and good value for money

Friendly staff, good location, free breakfast, dinner available on site. Accessible rooms available.

Absolutely brilliant, have stayed here befor and will definitely stay again staff couldn’t do enough for us, very amenable, service with a smile, bravo holiday inn express.

Good price location excellent great breakfast

Too busy at half-term. Lots of families visiting and a dog? Very loud at night with people running up and down the corridor, talking loudly and could hear a dog barking in another room. Sofa bed was not very comfy and virtually no space to get past to go to the bathroom in the night. Too small for a family room. Breakfast was a bit of a battlefield as very crowded and difficult to get a table or get food at times. The food was good quality at least. Shower was slow to heat up at times. Difficult to get to hotel off poorly-marked multiple exit roundabout. Would not stay here again. Will go back to East Kilbride IHG next time.

Left my phone charger in room upon leaving, emailed hotel suggesting i could collect but only received automated reply. Poor service

Family of 4. Lovely clean room and bathroom, haf everything you need. Fold out bed for children, limited space when this was out but not bad. Staff in restaurant/bar very attentive and reasonable cost for snack meals. Quiet room where we were.

The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. The adjacent Toby Carvery offered convenient access to high-quality dining.

Another good stay , staff are friendly and the room was clean , breakfast is good for the price , no issues at all with this hotel and would recommend

Great place, would stay again

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting a relative in Glasgow. Very convenient just off M74 on the way into Glasgow with great free parking (I could keep an eye on my car from my room) friendly staff nice bar area with some food options or a Toby carvery close by and rooms were clean and nicely furnished with comfy bed and good shower. Good price and a nice buffet breakfast included. Would stay again.
