My wife, our Pomsky, and I stayed at this hotel during a recent house move, and it was the perfect sanctuary. The staff here are so much more than just "dog-friendly"—they are incredibly welcoming!
We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stacie and Mark at reception, both of whom went entirely out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were an absolute dream to encounter during what was otherwise a very stressful time for us. As a managing director who frequently travels for business, I typically stick to Hilton DoubleTree hotels. However, I have to admit that the exceptional service from these two has genuinely made me rethink where I'll book my future business trips.

The rooms were absolutely spotless, the value for money is outstanding, and being right next door to the Toby Carvery is a major bonus—it's a must on a Sunday!

Booked double bed room , got there and got put into 2 singles , room was too hot and couldnt open windows , tv was poor , place was full of.....not scottish anyway , staff where amazing other than that
Stayed for a quick stopover on our way back to London, the staff were super helpful and very accomodating of our late check in. Breakfast was great too!

Just stayed here for a week, poor value at £870, can get a week away in Tunisia for the same, come on guys its not a 5 star hotel !But lovely friendly welcome at check in. Parking was very easy. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet and had a great nights sleep.
Breakfast had plenty of choice and not too busy at 7am but evening food is very expensive with little choice available & small portions supplied,

I loved our stay. Lovely hotel and great staff. Really friendly and really helpful. Couldn't do enough for us.
The rooms really need some sort of Air Conditioning or fans as I know its not hot like it has been this week. But certainly invest in some fans. We couldn't sleep in our sauna of a room.
