Pros:

El staff fue muy amigable, resolutivo y muy atentos, el sitio es increíble, fue por trabajo que no había hoteles en Glasgow city y me encantó el parque y el lago. El desayuno muy bien, pero la comida del hotel se puede mejorar bastante, o al menos bajar el precio si mantienen la calidad.

Pros:

We arrived at 3am in the morning. We had informed the hotel of our late arrival. Checking took 1 min as everything had been pre prepared. Thank you to the night staff for making the process so quick and easy
