Pros:

The breakfast was good and breakfast serving staff were friendly

Cons:

There was no balcony in our room as advertised. The children that were staying there from a hockey tournament were running and screaming down the halls to the early hours of the morning. You could not sleep. The bathroom counter was very low as you had to step into bathroom was a very strange set up. We told the front receptionist about the noise but nothing was done about it during our stay.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location feels very much in the middle of high traffic areas. We didn't feel very secure on the first floor. When opening the drapes there was zero privacy to the busy area outside. At one point there was banging on our door late at night and a heavy smell of weed from people smoking next door. The renovations around the interior look nice, but the overall feel was very much a motel vibe.
I don't see us booking here again.
