Local Residents Beware: Prepaid Stay Denied
Pros:

Refused stay due to being a local resident. Cannot say anything kind.

Cons:

I was denied accommodation solely because I am a local resident. I had booked the stay for personal respite as a mother of four profoundly autistic children and had prepaid in full.
Upon arrival, I was informed that locals are not permitted to stay due to issues caused by “too many locals in the past,” and was told to “take it up with Booking.com” as it was “not their problem.” No attempt was made by staff to resolve the situation on site.
Due to ongoing renovations, guests were required to enter through a bar. The parking lot contained broken glass, which I had to walk through to locate the entrance.
The front desk staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I even offered to pay a higher damage deposit to address their stated concerns, but was abruptly refused and told, “At least you don’t live far to return home.”
I book hotel stays for respite regularly and have never experienced treatment like this. I ultimately stayed at another hotel in the Fallsview area without any issues.
This experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling judged and dismissed. I would not recommend this establishment, particularly to local residents.

Over all a really nice comfy stay. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Balcony, cozy and comfy rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Gym and hottub/pool. Friendly staff and an amazing complimentary breakfast. And they also offered late check out. And bar on site was nice too.

Cons:

Price was still a little higher than expected for the level of establishment. Website also said only 50$ deposit hut it was actually $250. Didn't Ike the constriction going on and taking over the main area.. and weight room shojdk be plenty later same with pool and hottub.

Sports tournament (with a difficult schedule and car trouble)
Pros:

From start to finish the customer services was outstanding. Extremely accommodating when we called before arrival, friendly and organized at check-in, and highly attentive during our entire stay. My son also mentioned how well the breakfast was run, the great facilities, and very approachable staff members. Thank you for making our weekend a little bit easier with a comfortable home base.

Room smelled like chlorine a lot as we were close to pool, that was a bit disappointing. Pillows were very soft

After paying 260 dollars forv1 night we were not impressed
Pros:

The breakfast was great the location was good we enjoyed the hit tub except for the fact that the big huge xhalj board they have in there almost took my husband's ties off when it came un screwed from the wall and fell we had to both jump out of the way.

Cons:

We were very very disappointed with the service from the front desk guy. He was extremely rude and very judgemental. My husband asked why he had to take down the information off of his id because nobody has ever asked that before and they front desk guy got very agitated and asked us if we still wanted to stay or wanted our money back if we didn't like the fact he was taking down both of our ids. Then my husband walk around the corner to answer his phone and the desk guy thought my husband was taking to him and got very rude threatened to kick us out and then went to talk to the manager..when he came back he gave us our keys and we went to our room it was not very professional and we felt verybjudhed and uncomfortable for the rest of our stay

I like the hotel.
Pros:

There is gym there is restaurant and pool I didn't need to go outside.

Cons:

Costumer staff wasn't really friendly specifically the lady in the desk inside the pool. Check in was good the supervisor helped me . She was really friendly. The server in the restaurant wasn't really friendly I asked her about quesadilla and she said what about that. Well when you go to the restaurant you spect she explain the menu not an answer like that. The attendant in the pool she was just talking with another guest I needed help to go to the gym she answered rushed explaining me . And she was the same way when I finished my workout in the gym. Terrible service.
