Comfortable and enjoyable!
Pros:

Amenities such as the restaurant, arcade, pool, and hot tub.

Cons:

The location — the mall and restaurants outside of the hotel were only accessible by car, not accessible for walking as there are almost no sidewalks.

Not too bad too have a sleep for the night
Pros:

Close to other amenities like restaurant and close enough to Niagara Falls and staff were accommodating and friendly

Cons:

There is a smell of smoke or marijuanna in the washroom first room check in and the second room location was smell like vinegar

There was a buffet breakfast.
Close to highway.
Close to other restaurants and stores.
There was a pool and exercise facilities.

Cons:

The black out curtains do not shut out light on the sides of the patio door. Therefore, light in The room very early.
They did not change up the breakfast the next day. It was the same items.
The beds seem small.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Rooms/ hotel was clean. Shower / bathroom could be updated. Breakfast was decent with lots of selection. Pool and hot tub okay. Didn’t realize that it was open to the public as well/ members. Location is great. Tv was a bit blurry.

Tv was blurry, bathroom could be updated. Better shampoos/ soaps.

Staff were great however families and children were left to run amok in all facilities
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful

Cons:

The hotel was unfortunately full of young children being allowed to run amok at all hours. The pool was basically unusable because of 10 or more children using it and screaming the pool area at all times, could be heard in the gym. Booked the hotel for the pool facilities and was then unable to use the pool.

The breakfast was good and breakfast serving staff were friendly

Cons:

There was no balcony in our room as advertised. The children that were staying there from a hockey tournament were running and screaming down the halls to the early hours of the morning. You could not sleep. The bathroom counter was very low as you had to step into bathroom was a very strange set up. We told the front receptionist about the noise but nothing was done about it during our stay.
