The water was off for 2 days and they expected me to stay there with no toiletries and no shower and when I asked for a refund they told me no so I would not stay there anymore

The layout

Cons:

Pool was down, no water in rooms for the 2 days I was there. Staff was rude when I asked questions. Fixtures were old and very worn, cockroaches in room. I broke out in a rash not sure if it was stress or bed bugs. This place was horrible, worst experience ever. I got charged twice for the first night but booking . com or super.com

Disappointed that the swimming pool was broken
Pros:

There was no breakfast served. They only put out coffee.

It was inexpensive. Air conditioning was great. Desk attendant was very nice.
