Great location and pool
Pros:

Our little ones loved playing in the pool and the room was super comfortable. Had a nice stay and the location was prefect for where we needed.

Unimpressed but worked for a couple nights
Pros:

Location is great. A/C worked amazing. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The coffee brand you choose sucks, yuck.
The floors are uneven and my toddler kept tripping over the bumps and scraped her knees 3 times.
You offer a fitness center there is no fitness center. It's a bike in the pool area and it's way to hot and humid to use. The tropical plants in the pool area were dying or dead looked tacky and not clean. Sauna was a joke way to small. Bathroom in room 117 tub fixture wouldn't work for a bath for my daughter. Only 1 day wifi access, should be free the entire time I'm at you hotel, every other hotel I've stayed at offers free wifi while on the hotel property, this is ripping off guests. Most of the hot food for breakfast was ice cold even on the hot plate for keeping it warm. COLD food sucks, eggs were not edible rubbery and old.

Pros:

Older building but well maintained and clean, nice pool. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good
