Good historic location
A bit odd of an ambiance. Breakfast was extremely expensive for what it was and so was the entire hotel. They barely managed to give water for free.
I did not stay in hotel as the rooms we had had maintenance problems. They did relocate us in hotel across road and provided a meal and breakfast. This was fine but did attend a meeting at hotel which was lovely and wished we had have stayed there. All good though.
What i did see i had no dislikes.
Наконец-то подтирали для себя отель в Лондоне. Останавливаемся третий раз в нем. Сервис, уборка, пост белье все 🔝
Ванные комнаты, конечно, требуют реновации
Not happy with St Ermin's Hotel after they gave us a price over phone for room & then charged more nightly for 2 uncomfortable cots in room for our kids. It was supposed to be a nice family vacation & then they overcharged us big time. Very upsetting!! Also, the breakfast was not great & we got sick on the food, eggs not cooked properly!! Please refund $$ as due!! Thank you.
We had a quick three day stay at St. Ermin’s in London. We have stayed at St. Ermin’s on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed it. The hotel has a lot of historical charm, it is centrally located, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet has a great selection and the Caxton bar is a great spot for a drink. Highly recommend.
St. Ermin's is a gem. The historic building is gorgeous and unique. The location is steps from sites and transportation. The food and beverage offerings delight. The service exceeds all others. Combined, the experience is memorable and feels like something from a time gone by. We feel truly lucky to have experienced it.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres Hotel chic , très bien tenu , personnel prévenant et efficace .
Très bon petit déjeuner
Il est dommage que les gaufres et les pancakes soient en extra dans un hôtel de cette catégorie
While staying at St. Ermin's, I had a small medical issue. Giulia took time with me to get my issue addressed. She was very kind and concerned, along with the rest of the staff. In addition, Gary (concierge) had so much knowledge and guidance for our few days in London. We highly recommend St. Ermin's Hotel!!
What makes this hotel shine above many others is the staff. They are exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive offering to help well in advance of you even asking for it. I should have recorded all the names the staff who helped me to list them here. But without exception everyone was excellent. All the reviews about location and walkability are 100% accurate. This will be my go to hotel my visit London in the future.
The St. Ermin’s Hotel was a fantastic place to stay in London. The location of the hotel is convenient to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace, etc. They have a lovely wine tasting from 5:30-6:30 on summer evenings where you can sit outside in their courtyard. However, what really sets this hotel apart is the service. It is comparable to any 5 star accommodation.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable, and everyone was hospitable and very welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic, with traditional British breakfast items like teas and baked beans to fresh honeycomb pulled from the hives on the third floor and thinly sliced smoked salmon for lox bagels. It was amazing and wonderful waking up to something so delicious as that. The rooms were nice and kept clean, the only thing I didn't love is that the description said there would be two beds, with one being a pull out sofa and the other a king bed, but when we got in the room, the "pull out sofa" was a love seat. That didn't pull out. However the king fit two people comfortably so we were fine. The hotel is quiet and relaxing in the lobby but not too quiet, with a little music always playing in the background to keep it friendly. Happy hour was also great, they provided complimentary drinks and even a performance one night to keep the festivities high. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back if I had the chance.
This was absolutely the perfect find in London. Very walkable to many of the tourist sites but also slightly remote so that you feel you have a place with privacy.
The hotel was very lovely, inviting and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and inviting.
As for the rooms, the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and cold (if you like that sort of thing). The only issue we had was that when the room say occupancy 3 and has a sofa bed, that is not the case. There is no way a 3rd person can sleep in the "sofa bed" which is like a very mini love seat with no pullout. Luckily, we had reserved a 2nd room for our teen daughters anyways, so no big deal. Just beware, if you have a family, get the family room which actually has 3 beds.
Overall, fantastic place to stay!!!! Oh, and make sure to make a reservation for breakfast and at least 1 dinner during your stay. The food at Caxton Grille was very yummy!
Good location comfortable and the staff was great
Rooms were warm otherwise adequate
From the moment of arrival to departure the hotel staff made you feel right at home. Check in went smoothly even though we arrived early. The entire staff were always ready to serve your every wish. The hotel is a quiet property rooms are very well kept and clean. Location is great to walk to many attractions. Breakfast was included in our stay and it's 5 star. Nahid Yasin the food & gest Mgr was great to greet you and offer assistance with any questions you might have. Bar area was very comfortable and a great spot to watch daily World Cup games. Check out went smoothly with Polina making sure that our stay was to our liking and as for the entire staff wanting to know if there was anything else they could do for us. We have stayed at many properties this staff is Top notch.
If your looking for comfort, service and calm this is your property. Till next time.😊🍸
This was not our first stay at St Ermin’s, but this one will always stand out! When we needed a nice place to spend a last night in England before an early flight, we chose them because we could use Marriott Bonvoy points and we knew it was a good hotel that would be convenient for what we needed.
The morning we checked out, in the early hours of the morning, I somehow managed to leave a small coin purse in the room. It contained two credit cards, cash, and most importantly, two rings, one that had been my mother‘s and one my grandmother‘s! The next day I called from the US and they said they had indeed found it. A friend of mine was planning to be in London the next week, and she went there today to retrieve it for me. All of the contents were still there! I’m so very grateful to the honest and caring staff. The St. Ermin’s Hotel has won my heart!
Extremely kind, patient, and helpful hotel stuff made my stay outstanding! Special shout-out to Shanoor and Khushi at the front desk - thank you so much!
Hotel is an excellent area. With in walking distance of all the monuments and train station.
Beautiful hotel, when you drive up it is beautiful. When you walk in it is beautiful, the flower arrangements, the seating, the library. It’s all wonderful.
The hotel was beautiful with a fabulous location. It has historic resonance and kind staff. When I got home and realized I had lost my kindle, they found it and mailed it for a very modest fee.
