Reception and breakfast Not Well trained or Not interested in good Service. Not unfriendly, but disappointing in first class Hotel. Very little storage in rooms, breakfast Buffet seemed great, but breakfast was a little chaotic at Times. Would book here again

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

We were upgraded to a family room. It was exceptional—two bedroom and two baths. We don’t take advantage of concierge, etc but service was very attentive.

St Ermin’s is a very special place
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay our third year in a row! The staff and service are exceptional! Juan and Gary who are part of the concierge treat us like family…Stelio’s does the same and Stefani tge bar Manager is very gracious and provides very personal service! The front desk staff is also very accommodating.
We thank you all for making our family trip once again very special!

St Ermins Bar
Pros:

I have stayed at St Ermins for years with my family. The bar staff, specially Daniel, are incredibly accommodating and add to the great atmosphere constantly present at the bar. A must visit for any guests.

Felt like a 5 star experience
Pros:

This is a hotel labeled as 4 star and far better than many 5 star hotels I've stayed in.
The friendliness and helpfulness of staff is excellent, my room was beautifully equipped and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean.
I'd highly recommend it.

Exceptional Stay in a Historic London Landmark

Our stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel, Autograph Collection was truly outstanding. The hotel was impeccably clean, with every space maintained to the highest standard. Its location is perfect—ideal for exploring London with ease.

The building itself is a remarkable historic landmark with a fascinating past, having played an important role during World War II as a meeting place connected to British intelligence services. You can truly feel the character and history throughout the property.

What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff—professional, warm, and always eager to assist. A special mention goes to Giulia and Mr. Stelios for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality.

We would absolutely choose this hotel again.

Fab hotel, fab staff
Pros:

We enjoyed a 1 night stay at St Ermins and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was amazing.

We ate out for dinner but the standard of breakfast was superb.

Revisiting Our Honeymoon 40 Years Later

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at your hotel where we Honeymooned 40 years ago. The room and staff were all exceptional, friendly and helpful. However, two of your staff made particularly good impressions, Kim Dawson and Nahid Yasin.

Exceptional Hotel with exceptional customer service
Pros:

I would like to start by saying that I am an Ambassador member of another hotel chain. We decided to stay at this hotel last minute. I am so grateful that we stumbled upon the St. Ermin's Hotel. We were cheerfully welcomed the minute we entered the hotel. We arrived very early. The front desk made every attempt to have our room ready early.
Our family room was nicely furnished and impeccably clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Two bathrooms were a plus for our family.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We have stayed in hotels around the world. This breakfast does indeed exceed some of the topnotch hotels. What did put it over the edge was the staff. I must point out 3 people in particular. Nahid checked on us every day to make sure everything was up to our family's' expectations. Kim was an exceptional server. We listened to her stories and compared notes. Edna makes the best cappuccino I have ever had. Needless to say, this group of people really made our stay most welcoming.
Dinner at the hotel was exceptional as well.
The evening happy hour was an extra touch. The concierge group was most helpful in every aspect.
When we do get back to London, we will be staying at St. Ermins.
I highly recommend this hotel!
