Not the best place I've stayed, but certainly not the worst !!!
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, location was great, room was clean, it was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Exhaust fan in bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, tub shower did not work properly, tub needs something with traction on the bottom. TV didn't get any channels for awhile, front desk tried to help but still didn't work, after several reboots I got it to come on.

Excellent economy stay
Pros:

Convenient to our activities. Clean as a whistle. The breakfast was excellent and free. Close to many restaurants and a Walmart. The room was huge!

Excellent location to go to White Sands NP early in the morning; pet friendly; good breakfast

Needs maintenance - ac fan makes odd random noises, toilet runs randomly, an exterior exit sign was hanging by an electrical wire

Sure Stay is Best Westerns low budget economy brand with basic amenities
Pros:

Location near White Sands National Park. Also had good breakfast.

Cons:

Bed sheets had hair and stains: The bathroom tub was stained and clogged: The power went off in room while using microwave.

Thank you for a great stay
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and many thanks to the two women that checked us in. They made the process of checking in very easy. They had given me the accommodations I had requested. The motel is conveniently located on the main street. Dining locations on both sides of the motel Dunkin doughnuts, Starbucks, Popeyes and Joes Italian these places are all in walking distance.
And a huge thank you for the breakfast in the morning at motel sausage eggs waffles, etc.
Overall I would recommend and definitely stay again..thank you for a great stay.
