Good value - strong points in all categories
Pros:

Really well run - surrounded by trees to hide the freeway and other businesses like an oasis - good insulation so it was quiet - everything new - good bed and pillows - low key atmosphere - noon checkout was a bonus - good breakfast for this level of hotel -

Cons:

It was all pretty good - I guess the in-room fridge was a bit noisy but those always are - but it wasn't bad enough that I needed to unplug it - maybe another chair in the room? but that is super minor

I would probably avoid booking here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, plenty of options. Low quality coffee though.

Cons:

We did not expect the 1st floor to be below ground level. The carpet had a "wet dog" odor and they tried covering with some kind of air fresher which made things worse.

Pros:

The location was convenient and the room was clean, although the interior felt a little dated and not very modern. My room was on the lower level and felt slightly tucked away. Breakfast was average, with coffee, eggs, bacon, a few types of bread, cereal and milk. It was nothing special, but it was decent and enough to start the day. Overall, it was ok for the price —good, but not excellent.

Hidden gem
Pros:

The front desk gentleman were exceptional employees. Room was large, comfotable. Bed and bath were great! Lots of parking.

Cons:

Move the smoking section farther from the entrance.

Pros:

Location was good and seemed safe

Cons:

Smell of weed and people smoking everywhere and walls and bathroom were bit dirty and the tub was missing vent cover and had molt spots
