Ça a été un très bon séjour. Une belle adresse. Je reviendrai.

L'appartement très accueillant, vaste, bien agencé et bien décoré.
La literie très confortable
Très calme, aucune nuisance sonore
L'emplacement parfait

L’hôtel était sale dans les couloirs, il y avait une odeur de cuisine dans le couloir de notre logement, les équipements du logement vieux et usés. Nous n'avons pas pu allumer la TV du salon, celle de la chambre sans problème.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuit et avons demandé que le ménage soit fait et on nous a répondu que pas de ménage le WE!!! AHURISSANT!!!
Du coup un rapport qualité prix mauvais.

Le top pour un séjour douillet et reposant
Pros:

Très bon accueil , nous avons apprécié la nouvelle décoration depuis la reprise par le groupe Hyatt . Nous avions un appartement ( 1 grande chambre + salon avec canapé pliant si besoin ) on est toujours surpris de la surface pour le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel lambda dans le secteur. Bonne insonorisation . Il faut demander en amont les étages supérieur (entre 5 et 10 pour profiter d'une belle vue sur Toulouse.

Le standing de l hôtel a augmenté
L emplacement dans le centre est toujours un plus

Cons:

Comme l hôtel a presque entièrement été rénové et a changé d enseigne les prix ont augmenté fortement. Même en ayant pris une chambre pas encore rénovée nous avons payé plus cher que d habitude pour la même prestation et une chambre très vieillissante..
Les chiens ne sont plus acceptés alors que nous venions chaque année avec le notre. Dommage c était notre dernière année dans cet hôtel
