La compétence, la réactivité et l'excellent relationnel du Personnel. Le confort et l'agencement de l'appartement, même si je regrette la suppression du retour du coin cuisine pourtant très pratique. L'emplacement est intéressant, proche du centre-ville et de la gare.La décoration est originale (il est rare qu'on vole des livres !)

Cons:

Un petit problème de climatisation signalé au moment de notre départ.

Gli appartamenti sono grandi e ben attrezzati, i letti sono comodi così come la posizione della struttura, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Distributori di acqua fresca e macchine del caffè gratuite al piano 1 a disposizione degli ospiti

Pros:

L'écoute et la réactivité du Personnel, le confort de la literie, l'emplacement intéressant.

Cons:

La trappe de la salle de bain qui nous est tombée dessus 3 fois et enfin une poêle très usée et donc dangereuse à l'usage.
Dans le coin cuisine, j'ai regretté la disparition du retour qui était très pratique.
