Séjour excellent ! Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et professionnel. L’hôtel est impeccable et bénéficie d’un emplacement parfait en plein centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, varié et de grande qualité. Mention spéciale à l’équipe du petit déjeuner : vraiment au top !

Sympathique.
Pros:

Le personnels était très accueillant et sympathique. La décoration des chambres était aussi très jolie.

Cons:

Il faut laisser un très gros montant pour une caution lors de votre arrivée. Je trouve que cela est disproportionné et pas du tout mis en avant lors de la réservation.

Een handig appartement met veel extra verborgen en onduidelijke kosten
Pros:

Een appartement met veel extra’s voor een huiselijke sfeer (stoffer en blik, strijkijzer met mini strijkplank, dolce gusto, vaatwasser, voldoende stopcontacten, tegen een meerprijs twee balkons, twee televisies zowel in de woonkamer als in de slaapkamer, en heel veel meerdere extra’s die je in een standaard appartement tegen komt.

Later uitchecken en/of verlengen is eenvoudig te regelen.

Cons:

Hoogte parkeergarage (SUV met dakkoffer) is niet hoog genoeg, wel netjes opgelost door medewerker Tom die mij erg vriendelijk een plek van de medewerkers heeft aangeboden.

Ontvangst koffie en een glaasje sinas kosten 10,45.

We moesten 50,- per nacht, per volwassene persoon borg betalen, deze heb ik niet terug gehad dus reken op 50,- per nacht extra kosten en bij het vragen om uitleg 5 tot 8 medewerkers die in het half frans en engels het proberen uit te leggen.
Het blijft een feit dat ik 50,- per nacht heb moeten bijbetalen (los van de extra kosten zoals belasting, huisdier, parkeren etc.).

Il nome su booking non corrisponde a quello attuale (first name).
La ragazza alla reception non ha mostrato gentilezza e ci ha fatto pagare subito più del dovuto, senza spiegarci alcunché. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 150 euro ( 50 a testa) come cauzione per eventuali danni che un cliente può arrecare. Ma non c' era scritto su booking, questi soldi hanno detto che ce li rimborseranno tra qualche giorno. La camera per tre persone aveva solo completo di asciugamani per due persone. Il terzo letto era un divano letto e non era fatto, ci hanno detto che è normale è il cliente che se lo deve preparare.
Il bagno piccolissimo senza finestra nè ventola di ariazione.
