Almost nothing. Not user friendly with only technology to help, even no phone in room!
Breakfast, gym, and service were excellent
Terrible sleep due to AC noise
The check in process was quick and easy with an attendant at the front desk. The parking was also close, under the building itself, without having to deal with street parking - enough parking spaces and room to load and unload. The TV in the room also worked well. The coffee from the continental breakfast was pretty good.
317 was our room number, deluxe king. The traffic noise was AWFUL, and there is an intersection right outside the bedroom window. There is constant unmuffled exhaust noise, especially taking off from that intersection, as there is a freeway interchange a little bit within walking distance that everyone is trying to get to. I asked for ear plugs, and was told they would be provided, but they were not provided - we went and got our own. The air conditioning unit and the fan in our room also were somewhat loud, although we got used to that.
I did not try the jetted tub, as the floor and side of had chipping surfaces and it looked dirty. I was expecting something that looked remodeled and fresh, but instead, it looked run down and as if it was in use for a decade. There were scuffs on the walls that had been haphazardly painted over, permanent stains on the rug, and just general signs of wear and tear that no one had put effort into taking care of.
Also, as soon as you walk further into the neighborhood - it's extremely dumpy and sketchy looking. Not somewhere you want to be after dark. Finally, they have a kiosk machine with some creepy person on video to "help" you when there is no one at the desk - just keep someone at the desk.
The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - just warmed over food from a freezer, kind of lame. I actually think McDonalds would have been better, frankly. They also do not air condition the hallways or common areas like they do the room, so it is extremely hot and muggy in those areas.
Location is bad in the ghetto. Breakfast was ok
The location not safe outside
Perfectly comfortable given the price point. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. Reasonable location.
Clean, close to the airport, breakfast
No complaints! Fit our needs.
The rooms were clean and parking was easily accessible
When I checked in, there was no one at the front I had to wait around for someone to come out. I could barely hear her and did not explain well the process of checking in.
During the process of gathering my stuff and checking my email. I left my key at the front desk. In the morning when I realized I was missing my keys. I tried to talk to someone at the front and there was no one there except for someone on the kiosk who just told me he wasn’t there last night. He didn’t know what to do. I finally found someone loading the breakfast buffet and asked him to call the manager. It took too long to get someone to assist me. The guy who was working at the breakfast buffet, finally went behind the desk and searched through two drawers, which took him a while, and my keys were there.
While I did leave my keys at the front desk I’d assume there was support staff to assist their patrons. I travel monthly and I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was so hard to contact.
For $200 a night I am beyond unhappy with my stay.
Everything was fine with staff and cleanliness
Broken plugs so could bit charge phone.
Clean and very comfortable. Very modern.
Very clean and comfortable . First thing I noticed was the clean smell
The car traffic was very audible. Maybe it was just bad luck. (A bike kept driving by that was very loud and definitely showing off for a bit. ) it is in the city, so not unexpected.
