Pros:

My cómodo, la atención de Matthew fue excelente me ayudó con indicaciones para ir hasta San Jose.
A una distancia caminable del downtown de Sunnyvale, pude atender mis reuniones sin problema

Cons:

nada, todo bien. Quizá el precio, pero para la comodidad lo vale.

Great place and service with a smile
Pros:

Close to downtown eateries. Very convenient walking distance. Rooms ver clean, bed comfortable!

Cons:

They did some painting in the hallways and the smell was very strong, so we requested another floor and they were very accommodating.

Close to the entertainment but far enough away for relaxation.
Pros:

What made this Hotel wonderful was it staff! Yes, the facilities were wonderful, but it secondary to its hospitality. Matthew (front desk)was the most kind and professional upon arrival making me feel extremely welcomed.

The customer service. Top tier!
Pros:

Customer service was excellent. I missed the name of the young lady that helped me on thanksgiving. No matter, I thanked her for working on a holiday. I will be back.

Really cool hotel
Pros:

The room was very modern, very clean, comfy beds and really nice bathroom

Cons:

It didn’t have a mini fridge and microwave and room was small without sunlight, big wall if you see out of the window

Most memorable is when Sarah the front desk helped me get an early check in since I’ll be checking out early as well. Very well appreciated. The elevator though smelled like body odor. I love the gym, very robust on the choice of equipments. Parking is awful though choices are around, there’s a wait if not park blocks away. Room is perfect. Thanksn
