Very good experience
Pros:

Location was good for my travel needs. Property was under renovation so a little noise and dust and smell from construction but totally understandable and it was with intent to improve facility and service and not terribly disruptive

Cons:

I have back trouble and found the mattress a little too soft but it was fine for others

Good location closed to many companies, but overpriced while refurbishment is ongoing
Pros:

Breakfast area is small but breakfast is OK ; this is self-service.

Cons:

Extremely highly priced for the quality. Hotel was in full refurbishment. Lots of noise and dust during the day, lobby did not look nice. The good thing is that my room was renewed. Some colleagues had an old, not refurbished one. Even with renewed room, the window was not really isolating from the street's noises, the AC was old and noisy, and the noise could be heard from neighbors just when they had a phone call or when they put their AC on. The room did not have any closet or hanger. The sprinkler was rusted in the bathroom and the bathtub had a dent, this was weird in a newly painted bathroom. The cancellation policy from booking is not good, did not allow to change plans and go elsewhere on a 3rd night. The hotel did not try to arrange anything, they relied on booking's website conditions.

The price and the location were both good.

Cons:

The property is undergoing a renovation. The lobby was completely under repair. A microwave in the hallway, a makeshift desk for check in. Our room was definitely not one of the renovated ones. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy, but it definitely showed signs of wear and tear as an older property does.
