Hair in the tub, no kleenex,breakfast ran out before time was up, milk in a gallon instead of individually , noisy neighbors banging on our door at midnight!

I would not stay at this location again.
Pros:

I liked that I was able to get a room on short notice because of a power outage in my area.

Cons:

Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience. The hotel was dingy, the food for the continental breakfast was cold (frozen) and utensils were unavailable. The person at the check-in desk was more interested in his cell phone, rather than checking us in. I would not stay here again.

Lo amplio del cuarto. Las sabanas estaban limpias y el aire acondicionado funcionaba, aunque hacia mucho ruido al encenderse.

Cons:

La limpieza era mala. El edificio esta muy viejo, se nota que le falta atencion. Pagamos mucho por algo que no lo valia, pero estoy conciente que fue porque era fin de semana largo y no habia nada mas.

Front desk person that checked us in was not friendly and the one when we left did not say a word.
Pros:

The housekeeping couple were very helpful. There was a gentleman that answered the phone on Sunday was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room didn't have much good. 1 light out of 4 burned out. Toilet didn't flush very well. No fan in the bathroom and the tub had a hole that had been patched. The furniture was very worn. The light that showed through the window was bright due to the curtain didn't cover the entire window plus it had cigarette burns in it. The lights on the light poles leading into the driveway to the hotel were not turned on and was hard to find the hotel from the main road at night. The free breakfast did not have a very good selection. No meat was presented. Attendant sort of hid.

Refrigerator in room did not work, I was told it would be fixed, and I do think that something was done to it while we were out, but even turned on the highest setting it was not cold at all. Also there was no one checking the breakfast room and it was very messy both mornings we were there

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay on 07/11/2026. The condition of the accommodations and facilities did not match the presentation on Booking.com, and the experience did not justify the $290.63 nightly rate.

During my stay, I observed the following issues:

- Stained carpeting and a strong odor on the second floor and back stairs
- A broken nightstand light
- Peeling furniture finishes
- Missing stoppers in the bathroom sink and bathtub
- Mold on the bathtub faucet
- Unclean breakfast countertops and poor food quality
