Nothing. They said they would refund our money.

Cons:

We didn't stay there. We went and looked at our room and was not happy at all. Room was smelly, dingy. Looked dirty. Pool and hot tube were out of order. It appeared the ceiling had fallen in. Had to get on the phone to get someone at the front desk to check in.

Cons:

The room was alright. I walked in the room and left out. I was meeting some family. Got back late and didn't call. There was hair all over the sink. On the lamp shade there was big bugs on desk. There was can of wine in refrigerator.

That our room was clean when we checked in. We were sent to an unclean room. The pool was closed, the vending machines was out of order. Our room keys were deactivated at 8 am. Check out isn’t until 11 and we did not check out at 8 am. We came back from breakfast and couldn’t get back in our rooms

I chose this property for the pool. I called prior to booking to see if it was in service, they said yes. I am on traveling and was notified that the pool is out of service. I was told I would get a refund but it's been over a month and keep getting run around.

This place is falling apart and flat-out misleading
I paid $98 for a room at Baymont by Wyndham New Buffalo and felt completely ripped off.
Let’s start with the “amenities” that don’t exist. The elevator was out of service. The pool was under construction. The hot tub was under construction. None of this was disclosed before booking. Advertising amenities that are unusable is misleading, period.
The room itself was a mess. The bathroom sink leaked horribly, flooding the counter and floor. So I paid full price for a room with basic maintenance issues that clearly haven’t been addressed.
The hallway smelled strongly like marijuana, which made the whole place feel sketchy and poorly managed. Add in the general run-down condition of the property and it’s clear this hotel is not being maintained or supervised properly.
For $98 a night, this was a joke. I’ve stayed in cleaner, better-run places for half the price. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This place should not be charging what it does for the condition it’s in.

Never stay there again abysmal excuse for new management

No one at desk at check in or check out I had to call hotel while standing in lobby
No pop hot tub pool all out of order no hot water for tea spackle repairs all over the room

Faucet in bathroom hot water only had to report it I’d be embarrassed as booking dot com to list this dump
