Location,
Its not far from the airport and the cityCenter at the same time so I was able to take the uber to the airport easley and for cheap price
But to get to city center I had to walk for a while then take a buss to arrive to metro or train then many stops to city center.

Due to the cancellation of our flight, my family and I booked a one-night stay at this hotel through Booking.com. We are a family of four: my wife, our two children, and myself. One of our children is only 6 years old. We booked a room for three guests and requested a complimentary extra bed.

Upon arrival, the front desk employee, whom I believe is named Jomir and is from the Dominican Republic, refused our request and insisted that the maximum occupancy was three people. More importantly, his attitude was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He spoke to us in a condescending manner and showed no willingness to help.

I asked him to contact the hotel manager or Booking.com to find a solution, explaining that our 6-year-old child could simply sleep with us, as he does at home. However, he refused to make any effort to assist us. He also refused to cancel our reservation, leaving us with no choice but to book and pay for an additional room.

The following day, the same employee came to apologize using a translation app on his phone. However, his apology does not undo the disrespectful treatment we received or the unnecessary additional expense we were forced to incur because of his actions.

I do not accept this apology as a sufficient resolution. I expect the hotel to take responsibility for this incident, investigate the employee's conduct, and compensate us for the cost of the additional room that we were forced to book due to the lack of reasonable assistance and the unacceptable manner in which we were treated.

Minha estadia foi muito agradável.
Pros:

Do atendimentos da equipe de recepcao, e da variedade no café da manha. A localizacao era boa também, próxima a um Shopping local.

Comfortable, convenient and an excellent breakfast
Pros:

Convenient location close to the airport. Appreciated the free parking (plenty of spaces available). Thought the breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety on offer. Serving staff very friendly.

Cons:

Room was a little small but comfortable enough. Dinner at the restaurant was slow. Quite a long wait after ordering before food was ready.
