I would never go back to this location unless they remodel
Pros:

They were very friendly and attentive to customers needs. A black lady at the desk was perfect. Her customer service was phenomenol

I felt like I was in a zombie movie with all of the addicts

That I was not outside and one of the staff members.

The location was right next to the highway which I did not know. The elevator was a death trap. The facility smelled of mold. There was mold under the sink. The windows had built up condensation so bad that you could not see through parts of it. The first room I had smelled of mold, the toilet did not work. They fixed it and I still had to flush multiples times to get it cleared. I requested a new room. That room was just as bad as the first one. There were what appeared to be humidifiers or air filters in the hallway to try to get rid of the smell of the mold. But it did not work. There were derelicts hanging out in the parking lot and surrounding areas. I did not know the area or I would not have booked there. And I was leery to go someplace else for fear that it would be worse. So, I kept my car parked right in front of the camera of the hotel to keep an eye on it when I wasn’t in it. I will never go there again!

I enjoy the room with whirlpool tub and very relaxing. I would book again and ask for room with whirlpool tub.
