Plain nasty.
Pros:

I did not like anything about the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like the customer service. Did not care for the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room smelled of mold. The hotel claimed to be a no smoking facility, yet there was clearly someone smoking Marijuana in the building. And the elevator was old and outdated.

The breakfast was good and well organized, hot and fresh. The staff when we arrived very friendly and helpful, fresh cookies and warm room.

Cons:

our view was of a bush and a bench just outside the window where folks sat to smoke or talk but it was not disruptive. We were there for a night and the view was not something we were there for.
