A quality stay for 3 days!
Pros:

I loved the location, close to the train and walking distance from their famous downtown area. Cute, clean rooms; nice big tubs and showers. Separate WC. The petit dejeuner was also perfect.

L’hôtel dit être 4 étoiles.
Pour 245€ y compris le petit déjeuner pour deux, vous avez
- une chambre qui n’est pas prête à 17h : on vous donne les clés d’une chambre qui n’a pas été faite - je rappelle qu’on est supposé pouvoir en disposer dès 15h
- pas d’excuse du personnel ni de geste commercial
- une chambre petite, à l’équipement minimal pour un 4 étoiles (pas de gel douche, pas de crème pour les mains)
- une vue imprenable sur une cour glauque aux murs défraîchis
- le concierge qui essaie de vous faire payer 200€ de plus alors que cosy avez prépayé, et il fait lourdement insister pour l’arrêter
- pas de room service
- des toilettes au Rez de chaussée immondes et non nettoyées

Bref à peine un Campanile pour routiers au prix du 4 étoile

Easy accesses for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

The location is the best, especially if arriving by train. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The walk to the old town and the lakeside was a easy walk. The reception staffs were friendly and helpful.

The property looked and felt a bit dated for a 4 stars category hotel.
