Pros:

Central Sutton Location. Easy access to London on rail links. Ideal Business Stay. Quick turnaround on Renovation Works. IHG Brilliance! Staff so friendly and training excellent. The pool/gym facilities an absolute winner.

Pros:

I usually go there sometimes once or twice a month.Just to relax, it's very peaceful place.And the rooms are quite soundproof so you can have your own privacy and watch a bit of movie and a bit of television whilst relaxing after coming out of the steam room

Cons:

I am not very keen on the shower cubicles. Inside of the ladies shower area, the glass is transparent. And it's very small, not enough privacy, and it does have a very mouldy smell. Search cuisine needs to be monitored by staff. Because once a jakuzi stops working, everybody's supposed to come out. So that the chaqusi can clean itself, but you find that you can get quite a few men that just sit in there all the time. Not given anyone else the opportunity to have a chance? In there. But the staff need to tell them to exit the chakuzi. Once it has stopped, it stops. So that it can clean itself..

Felt like we was on a little holiday
Pros:

3 of us came for my daughters 18th birthday. We had the most amazing stay. We loved the relaxing jacuzzi andantes the swimming pool. We definitely felt like we was on holiday ! The room was clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and choice of food. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you

Cons:

Needed to have some plug sockets near the beds as to charge your phone you have limited sockets close and had to unplug the kettle so 2 of us could catheter our phones. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. Everything else was perfect.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR SW LONF
Pros:

Brilliantly located for Central London by train, pool and gym an added bonus. Central Sutton a stone's throw - right opposite the Civic Centre. Perfect for conferences and business meetings, friendly staff, exceptional training and quick turnaround on much needed improvements - carpet laying etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

The hospitality industry taking a hit on the economic business of short and long stayers, and repercussions associated therewith.
