Pros:

The manager was very lovely and apologetic for the service provided and I felt listened too.

Cons:

I’ve never been treated so badly in a hotel. The receptionist Sebastian was incredibly rude twice making me feel anxious to go and ask anything at the reception. He was antagonistic, rude and disrespectful. I won’t be staying there again. The management however were very kind and apologetic and appalled by the receptionists attitude. However it ruined my stay. When I asked to speak to another member of staff regarding a problem with my tv and feeling uncomfortable to speak to someone who had already been so unpleasant I was told “what’s your problem” then he hovered in the door way smirking which made me feel deeply uncomfortable. He had been spoken to once for his behaviour and continued a second time regardless.

A pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Room had aircon, which was essential, bed comfortable.

Cons:

Thought parking was a bit expensive at £15 per day for guests. Tea, coffee not replaced on one morning and dirty cups left, but that's about all.

It was ok, but improvements needed and parking is terrible.
Pros:

The room was comfortable

Cons:

The fact that you have to pay for parking. The TV was not working throughout our stay. Heavy dust behind the bed on the bedside cabinets and lamps.

This hotel served our purpose of stay well, as we were only using it to sleep at night.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and the location for the purpose of our trip was perfect. Rooms were comfortable, with plenty of charging ports, etc.

Cons:

The restaurant was very crowded during breakfast time. There weren't many options available either, which is why I cannot give an Excellent rating overall. Maybe I am being unfair, as I only ate at the restaurant once.

There was also a smell of cigarettes. Either this could be because someone was smoking, or some disinfectant spray was being used that smelled bad.

Also, there were not enough indications on which days the rooms would be cleaned. There were a few days we went without clean towels.
