Lovely stay, great value for your money
Pros:

The room was spacious, the food was tasty and the pool facilities were nice.

Cons:

They seemed understaffed in the restaurant, took us a while to get seated and get served our food. The changing rooms at the pool were a bit dirty but we did go the end of the day.

Perfect Location for Business in the Central London / SW London / Surrey Region
Pros:

Comfortable, quiet room, good for business meetings and work related ventures. Excellent connectivity to central London and local Sutton amenities. Restaurant / bar / food / menu excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating. Leisure facilities excellent. Thank you.

Cons:

Renovations taking place throughout the stay, however this is not a criticism. Understand the need to upgrade the Location offering in order for Holiday Inn Express / IHG to improve their facilities and maintain consistency across their Portfolio. All Contractors interracted with were polite, efficient and professional.

Je n'y retournerai pas.
Pros:

Bien situé par rapport au client que je devais voir. Bon petit déjeuner. Sanitaire propre.

Cons:

Hôtel des années 80, avec aménagement des chambres d'époque et usure en conséquence.
Ecran télé pas nettoyé depuis un moment avec plein de doigts et de la poussière.
Pas de prise à côté du lit.
Dame à l'accueil à mon arrivée particulièrement désagréable, qui m'avait envoyé balader quand j'ai appelé car je ne trouvais pas le parking souterrain. Parking souterrain très à l'étroit, places très petites.

Staff not very friendly.

Access to TV was cut off an hour and a half before we were due to check out and only when challenged was reinstated.

Not happy about this.

Booked for 3 nights and room was missed for vacuuming on our 3rd day.

Walls very thin and could hear TV next door.

Very friendly staff at Wellness Club where swimming pool is.
I think they’re friendlier as they’re hidden away from management and can be themselves.

Swimming pool closes for 21:00.

Will not book again, there’s way better places to stay for the same price.

Really clean. Great location. Really friendly staff.
Pros:

Holiday inns known for being budget and basic and this is. But the general communal areas are lovely and modern. The room was absolutely spotless and the bathroom. I would recommend.

The room was very date. Pillows were old and very lumpy
The bathroom was tiny, the shower flooded the tiled floor. Shower curtain was dirty and ripped

Comfortable buy with a few issues
Pros:

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

Cons:

The corridor light came under the door and kept me awake. The hair dryer was missing with the exception of just the adaptor. There was supposed to be a rolled out bed not put up. By the time we checked in it was too late and my daughter with epilepsy had to share with her much younger sister, not ideal. I did message the hotel but no answer or reply.
