Pros:

The manager and the cleaning staff was good. We had a horrible experience at the property until manager intervened

Cons:

The night receptionist was very unprofessional. We had to move 3 times in our 9 nights stay due to air-conditioning issues. There was a problem with mattress as well.

Was a lovely stay
Pros:

The restaurant was very modern and clean , staff was all friendly. Especially Craig who let us check in early as we was off to a horse race event but it was no bother at all!

Cons:

Aircon isn’t great in the room and our window didn’t open

Pros:

-El personal, muy atento y amable.
-Desayuna apropiado, incluyendo hasta el pan como opción de condimento (aunque no sea ingrediente inglés).

Cons:

-En el bar-restaurante poder abonar únicamente mediante tarjeta. La unidad de moneda en curso habría que respetarla en su uso.
-wi-fi muy deficiente.
-sonó la alarma de incendios a las 7:00 am y no se nos informó de nada más.
-Mobiliario anticuado y ajado. Un barnizado al mobiliario le vendría muy bien.

Great hotel for service and comfort

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was large and well designed for every need, the bed was comfortable. Nice room service breakfast too
