Perfect for our requirements, close to the venue we needed and accommodation and service all good.
Pros:

The furnishings are a little worse for wear (old) but the level of cleanliness and maintenance superseded that. The reception staff was super helpful.

Cons:

Free parking. The name on the TV was wrong as a welcome. The furnishings could do with an update (see above).

Cons:

Staff wanted to change the room at 8.15am. Too early. Never came back so bed not made , no milk for drinks etc. Charged £15 per night to park which was not evident at time of booking. Not good !
