I liked the multiple easy access side doors and how close it is to the gas station.
The parking lot was a bit cramped
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Super fast check in, polite staff
Crowded pool & hot tub, but it could've just been a busy night,
Our room was OK.
We didn’t like paying full price due to the construction mess and lack of advertised amenities.
Nicely renovated room
Main floor under construction. Booking.com did not relay this info. Total chaos. No elevator. Reception was in a back room. Breakfast was a joke with prepackaged junk food and nothing hot, no place to sit.
the room was clean, bed was comfortable, restaurant was walking distance
they are under construction
Staff
We ordered 2 deluxe queen beds and instead got two saggy double beds.
Close to the freeway after a long day driving.
Our room was large, a very nice surprise. Pool looked inviting. Breakfast was kinda make shift due to remodeling but was ok. Nice gal attendant.
All the remodeling didn’t make it feel welcoming. Had to walk around areas being worked on. Dusty.
Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Felt we were interrupting them in their make do office room.
I had a late check in and staff member was very polite and helpful.
Parking lot too small
Easy to find location.
I booked this months ago but didn’t find out until a day before that they were under construction. The hallways were a mess and there were limited rooms. We checked in and an hour later another guest walked into our room because he had been assigned the same one. It was awkward to say the least. The pool had dead bugs in it even though it’s in a building and our beds looked clean but the rug didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Not to mention the breakfast that is supposed to be included is just muffins and fruit. Save your money and your sanity and stay somewhere else.
The bed was comfy.
thr hotelwss being remodeled. Dusty sheet rock. They did not tell us that thr hotel was bring renovated earn we made our reservations. If we had nknown we would not have stayed there. Very welcome to us more like you you don’t have a reservation I said yes we do but we canceled it because you didn’t a card number for payment. I said my daughter made the reservation and she said I didn’t have to and another person said oh you’ll be on the third floor your room is ready. What’s going on? I didn’t have a room designated for breakfast. They said it was going to be a grab and go. I assume that those would be ready and out at an early hour not even the coffee pot was out when we left what a disappointment it was difficult for getting in and out of the hotel as there were steps I recently had a stroke so I had to go very slow. I realize that around the corner they had a handicap and that was a long walk down the hall to the elevator to get to the third floor, very accommodating at all so disappointed in La Quinta.
Sadly this facility in Missoula, MT is undergoing a major renovation that affected many of the ammenities provided by LaQuinta! Registration was somewhat challenging because they had technical difficulty processing card, breakfast was “grab & go”, phone in room had no jack to plug in, NO ice (was sent to gas station next door who charged $.50j, never able to connect to WiFi, room cards had to be reprogrammed on day 2, Strongly feel Booking.com should have provided notice of rennovationx and room rates should have been reduced due to current conditions!
See above!
Air conditioning, clean and a solid stop on a road trip to Helena.
Room size and comfort
Remodeling going on, was not made aware prior to booking elevator in construction zone,
Close to everything I was there for.
Breakfast, the eggs were like chewing on a piece of rubber and cold. Gravy was cold also. Everything thing else was fine.
The staff there was very friendly. Really exceptional!!! The room was also very clean which I appreciated!!
Wasn’t happy about the construction noise all day. I feel for the price we shouldn’t have had to deal with that. I would have appreciated a heads up about the construction that included a discounted rate!! The pool was also small - a bit disappointing.
