Would not stay here again and already avoided this brand at our next hotel stay.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

The noise from the other room was so loud, but the people in the room next to us weren’t doing anything unusual, the walls were just so thin that we could hear every word they said. The shower water was tepid, even though the sink water was hot and the hot tub was broken, so we couldn’t go in there after a 10 hour drive. There wasn’t construction at the hotel and even though we checked on booking and the official website we didn’t see any info about this.

The staff was great. Very clean nice new updated rooms. Was a little loud due to construction but that's normal. Wished the hot tub was available for use, maybe next stay. Definitely will be back!

Disappointed , no oversight during the night.

Very loud all night! Slamming doors, yelling, phone did not work to call desk
We were close to front desk surprised they didn’t hear. We used the text they sent us “if you need anything” no reply. Also, someone tried to get in our room. No okay activity during the night. I travel a lot for work and this is an out of control no staff assistance hotel. Very disappointed.

Nice quiet spot, easy with the dog but they do charge a pet fee. Hard pillows.

Good location for an early flight, pretty quiet which was nice.

Cons:

They need to upgrade the pillows, or bring your own if you have a sensitive neck. Big hard pillows are the worst. I had a sore neck my whole travel day and even my husband who doesn’t have a sensitive neck said he struggled to sleep because of the pillows and bed was uncomfortable

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing! The night shift receptionist was so communicative, helpful, and resourceful. And the Kitchen staff was an absolute gem. They all deserve a raise!

Cons:

The pool, hot tub, and elevator were all out of commission. We really needed a hotel with a pool, and the information on Booking.com didn't reflect the status of the pool. The manager was unaware that the status wasn't accurately reflected on the platform, and she gave us a nice discount due to the misinformation.
