Our stay was great. The hotel is cool, the room was nice and the staff was friendly. We'll come back
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful. We asked if we could get in the room a little early, and the front desk woman warned us that the only room available was right next to the elevator and vending machines and would be very noisy. I was so thankful she was honest about that, and we were happy to wait!

Cons:

The only downside to this hotel is the area. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is rough, and there are a lot of homeless people. However, they are clearly trying to solve this problem, because they have fences around the parking lot and security talking to every car that enters.

Clean, quiet, restful
Pros:

I made my reservation at about 830PM the same night I checked in. I had other accommodations but I checked out because the facility was un-clean and the location was undesirable. I wanted something nice, clean, safe that also a offered full service hotel. The Double Tree checked all the boxes and I happily paid the $253 fee. The check in was fast and easy. The bar was open and I was able to order a drink quickly and head to my room. I enjoyed my beer and unwound by watching Apple TV on my own account. I slept great. Worth the money.

Cons:

Tried to order room service in the morning but my call was not answered. It was ok. I went downstairs and grabbed a starbucks. All good

Cons:

Door not closed all the way by cleaning staff while we were gone. Pizza under cooked. We were disappointed.
