Breakfast
Housekeeping every 3 nights only. But even then only on request. Public areas hardly cleaned. Coffee cold.
The motel was clean and inviting. Beautiful kept up building. The price to stay was a great value, and the breakfast had plenty. A lot of places we've stayed in the past has run out of food without replacing it right away.
We have no complaints at all. If there was 1 thing I'd say there were 4-5 kids on our last night there that kept running up and down the halls yelling loudly. (I don't consider that the hotels fault) But someone came out of their room around 11pm and yelled at them. It was quiet the rest of the night.
Location, near to my son’s residence.
Signs of lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The carpet in the elevator was horribly stained and shabby. There was a thumping sound in the room like the bass of a rock band performing downstairs.
Very clean and quiet. Hallways were wide and our room was large with comfortable seating and beds. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Towels were thick and large.
I thought it was a bit high on pricing

Staff were not the most professional and the pool area was not clean.

The shower wouldn’t drain and when I tried to fill it up for a bath, there was a bunch of grime and stuff and hairs floating in the water. There was underwear in the middle of the hallway for more than 3 hours in the morning. (Saw it when I went down for breakfast at 6:30 am, was still there when I went to the pool at 10 am). On my second night, there was so much banging or pounding in the rooms around me at 3 am that I started panicking because I thought someone was breaking into my room. It was impossible to get back to sleep.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I
Writing
The only thing I disliked about my room was the bed. The fitted sheet did not seem to fit the mattress properly, and it kept coming loose throughout the night.
The front desk clerk in the evenings was wonderful! very friendly!
I did see a few centipedes in the pool area. It had been very damp outside. I'm sure they are hard to manage! The pool was a little cold also.
Everything was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly and inviting.
The kids were going back n forth jumping from the hot tub to the pool. The jets didn’t work in the hot tub.

The room wasn’t clean. The shower drain was stopped up…The microwave had food in it from the previous guests…the glass door was disgustingly filthy…suite wasn’t worth it…had to switch rooms at 10 pm …won’t stay here again

Under my bed there was an old doughnut very disgusting.It was there for sometime. They need to vacuum maybe do better job at vleaning
