This was a nice, comfortable hotel.
I booked a room at price but was charged $25 more not a big deal, when I got to the hotel with my little dog they told me it would be $100 pet fee so not a big deal. They sent me a text saying check out time was at noon and then I was charged an additional $25. I did not request a late check out, I’m assuming that was what the additional charge was. This hotel is not transparent about what they charge up front.

This is our 2nd stay here and it was much better than the first stay. The front desk was welcoming. The room was clean, no ants this time. The room did have a fishy smell but seemed to clear out with the windows open. The breakfast was great! We did not utilize the pool/amenities, as we were there for a wedding. We would stay again!

Pool looked nice but I didn't use it.
I liked that I had a refrigerator and microwave on my room and that parking was not extra. I also liked the restaurant right next door. I liked that the room had a couch in it so that I didn't have to watch tv in bed.
I wish that there was a bit more parking up front. One evening when I got back late I had to park at the back of the building.
The place was very clean.
One point, the elevator sometimes never came and sometimes you could not get out. It needs some major repairs. Scary shaking and vibrating.
Hotel amenities and room were as expected. The on-site restaurant (Champps) is very good. Great selection of draft beers and very nice menu. You should know that this on-site restaurant is THE reason we chose this hotel.
I was hoping for a better breakfast. Powdered eggs don't even taste like eggs.
Clean rooms and had amenities expected for the hotel chain. No issues with temperature control and the fridge kept things nice and cold.
The afternoon front desk staff did not know how to do the tax exempt process, so taxes ended up being charged. Morning front desk staff reversed the charges at checkout. Breakfast area is too small for the number of guests the hotel can accommodate.

We were in a suite which worked out perfect for us and our son since he could stay out in the living area and stay up later while we went to bed. Breakfast was good as well and the location was nice.
There were pubic hairs, stuck to various parts of the bathroom, including the wall floor and ceiling
