Clean, and Very Convenient Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at LivINN Hotel Minneapolis North / Fridley during our trip to Minnesota. There were 3 of us, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable throughout our stay. The whole hotel felt roomy and relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable.
The staff were all very kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Another thing we really appreciated was the location — having stores like Menards and Target nearby made grocery and quick shopping trips super convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so finding food was easy and stress-free.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would gladly stay here again 😊

Nice stay in Fridley
Pros:

It is clean and the rooms are nice and spacious for a good price. The breakfast is good for a free breakfast.

Cons:

Fire alarms went off for some reason which was annoying but not the fault of the staff. At least it didn't happen during the night.

Pros:

Quite, peaceful, clean, and great location. Close to all major highway and near many stores which is convenient.

Cons:

We asked for a clean towels but never heard or send the clean towels in our room# 159.

Great stay for the Morgan Wallen Concert!
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly and a fresh face to see during our stay. Room was nice w nice garden view and lots of space.

Decent hotel at a good price.
Pros:

I love the price and location. It's reasonably well kept and certainly a good price compared to other hotel in the same class and location.

Cons:

The hotel has a common area which looks like it used to be a pool area. It has a high ceiling (2 floors) and when people are sitting out there at night, it tends to get a little noisy and you can hear it from your room.
