Decent hotel at a good price.
Pros:

I love the price and location. It's reasonably well kept and certainly a good price compared to other hotel in the same class and location.

Cons:

The hotel has a common area which looks like it used to be a pool area. It has a high ceiling (2 floors) and when people are sitting out there at night, it tends to get a little noisy and you can hear it from your room.
