Way overpriced for condition of hotel/room

Cons:

Very small rooms, dirty, smelly. Badly needed updates and maintenance work was poor (paint in bathtub was peeling off; floor had stains and replacement pieces did not fit). Overall, we were not able to comfortably stay at this hotel and after 10 minutes of reviewing different rooms, we ask for a full refund.

It was short, quick, and nothing to write home about.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located to the appt i had Saturday morning and many food/shopping options. The price for the room for one night was under $100.

Cons:

The hallway to the room smelled terrible. The bathroom had bricks/stones falling off the wall. There was a really loud drilling/high pitched squealing noise that was audible the entire time we were in our room.

Terrible dog poop smelly

You could feel every spring in the mattress the third floor hallway smelt like a dog had taken a dump in the hallway and it was like that all night and all morning it was horrible when I told the staff about it at the desk they said I'm sorry.
