They charged me twice on card and in cash. In the middle of the night I would get charges on my card but I paid in cash the moment I checked in. two weeks later they haven’t refunded me anything. Not event the deposit

Muito boa estadia. Volto tranquilamente a me hospedar nesse hotel.
Pros:

Gostamos muito do hotel, do quarto, dos funcionários e do café da manhã. A localização é simplesmente ótima. Pertinho do cais do Midway (caminhando tranquilamente) e muito perto também da Little Italy com ótimos restaurantes.

Cons:

Nada me incomodou.

Decent value for a downtown stay; noisy and don't expect much from the hotel outside of a room.
Pros:

This is a clean hotel that has a great location in central San Diego. It is not very far to walk to waterfront attractions or the trolley. Little Italy and the Gaslamp neighborhoods have numerous eating options. The room rates are reasonable and overnight parking is a good value for downtown. The beds were comfortable and the room facilities worked great.

Cons:

Now to the things that could be improved: the common lobby area is quite small and there are only two bathrooms that are locked, even for guests. There was some sort of construction project next door that started at 7am and it was very loud, even up on the 14th floor; the rooms are not very soundproofed. A few times the front desk was unattended, even during the day, making me feel like security was not a priority.

It was expensive relative to Dallas but cheaper than being on bay side. We walked to bay for dinner and to catch cruise.
Pros:

Shower water was cold or Luke warm one day.

Cons:

Good location for cruise and next to little Italy
