there was very comfortable and was like my home. I stayed twice here. I had many good memories. I hope to come again soon. staff was good service provided for me. and there is capsule coffee. It was really delicious.

Perfect staycation
Pros:

I had an amazing time at this hotel as a staycation. Room was wonderful, pool was great!! Hector and Yaziel checked me in and gave 100/10 customer service. Hector went above and beyond by delivering my DoorDash to my room (even though that’s not his job). Stephanie was also great and helpful. I would stay again and plan to.

Good value for the location.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Gaslamp and Little Italy.

Cons:

The parking structure does not connect to the rooms so you have to take the stairs from outside of the hotel up to your car in the parking structure. The shower had hair in it from the last guest who shaved in the shower. Yuck!!
