Pros:

The room was very clean, as well as a decent size, so you didn't feel all cramped up. The cost to stay here was very good compared to a lot of other places.

The property looked ok until we stepped in. The room was infested with fleas.

Cons:

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room they assigned me was infested with fleas, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. I immediately requested a refund, but because I booked through Booking.com, I was told I had to go through them. Booking.com attempted to contact the hotel multiple times regarding the refund, but the hotel never responded. Not only was I given an unsanitary room, but the hotel also failed to address the issue or assist with a refund. Very disappointing customer service.

They only gave two big towels and they were torn, which we didn’t like. We had to request two more towels and the door to the restroom wouldn’t close properly. also, we had to call the front desk because the TV was not working.
