Perfect Italian experience!
Pros:

Really friendly and proffesional staff! The room was very clean. When I reserved on booking I mentioned we would like a room facing the interior garden and not the main street and they gave us exactly what we wanted.
The guy at the reception that welcomed us was extremely proffesional, making us feel like we just arrived at a very high class hotel!
The hotel is vintage style and relly gives you the Italian vibe.
Definitely reccomend booking your stay here. You can walk anywhere in the city in like 30 minutes and if you are not a walking fan, there is a bus station very close to the hotel :)

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist gut und passt zum Stil des Hauses. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Parkplatz gegen Reservierung im Innenhof des Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer erschwert die Körperpflege, ist aber nach Aussage des Hotels der Baustelle in der Nähe des Hotels geschuldet und daher nur temporär.
Im Familienzimmer nimmt man einen kanalähnlichen Geruch wahr. Diesen Umstand sollte seitens Hotel Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Pros:

emplacement a 10mn a pied du centre historique et des monuments, gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, une salle de thé/café/ chocolat a disposition et gratuite. et surtout le cadre de l hotel dans une ancienne maison florentine. un seul conseil : n' hésitez pas. en tout cas , si nous devions revenir a florence, nous y retournerons sans hesiter

Pros:

Struttura molto elegante e di classe, d'altri tempi. la stanza era al piano terra e dava sul cortile interno; arredata con classe e con il soffitto affrescato; in una città colma di arte come Firenze questa sistemazione non è da meno. La posizione permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. Parcheggio nel cortile su prenotazione. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento.

Pros:

A hospedagem era ok, boa localização, cama confortável, quartos espaçosos.

Cons:

Ao chegarmos nos colocaram em quarto PCD, onde o Box de vidro não ficava montado, após um grande transtorno nos deslocaram para um outro quarto. O chuveiro não estabilizava, ou vc congelava ou cozinhava. Mas diante do transtorno inicial, decidimos administrar a situação.
O café da manhã super restrito, as coisas acabavam e tinha que ficar implorando para eles repor, sem contar que se vc chegasse faltando meia hora para encerrar, eles diziam que nada era reposto.
Realmente não recomento este hotel, tem muitas outras opções na cidade.

Pros:

You can arrange parking before hand and it’s private. Excellent Breakfast selections, quiet location, easy walking to everything. Beautiful hotel.

Cons:

If there is a group of girls in the lobby late at night it does echo to your room if you are on the ground floor. I wish the staff would have maybe asked them to SHHH…..it was about 11 pm

Excelente para una primera vez en florencia
Pros:

Buena ubicacion.
NO esta cerca de la principal estacion de florencia, pero 10 min caminando de otra estacion de trenes, asi que si llegan a la principal pueden comprar a la otra y asi caminan solo 10 min.

-Muy limpio
-Excelente servicio de recepción, nos ayudaron con nuestro vuelo cancelado.
-Vimos comentarios que no estaba en el centro centro pero 12-15 min caminando al centro esta super bien.-
