Gut haben uns wohl gefühlt

Hotel schön angelegt
Zimmer groß und frisch sariniert

Cons:

Personal konnte teilweise sehr schlecht Englisch, dadurch kamen manche Bestellungen falsch
Frühstücksbuffet zwar ausreichend und gut, aber wenig bis keine Abwechslung.
Getränkepreise teilweise deutlich zu hoch. Cola in der Dose 6 Euro. Cappuccino 5 Euro.
Wir waren Ende Mai da und man hat gemerkt das alles noch nicht so „eingespielt“ war.
Hatte das Zimmer 2111 und leider hat man genau in dem Zimmer die Türen knallen hören von dem Personaltrakt

rooms fantastic & great shuttle to the beach.
Staff is very attentive - Michelle from breakfast was amazing & the dinner options are also very satisfying

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollen Rezeptionsteam, in anderen Bereichen viel Luft nach oben!

Rezeptionsteam grandios, hatte das falsche Datum gebucht, Mitarbeiter haben alles für mich gemanagt.

Cons:

Fahrräder eine einzige Katastrophe! Schade, 5 Sternen nicht würdig! Warum kümmert sich keiner darum.. der Herr bei der Einfahrtskontrolle hätte genügend Zeit, die Räder zu warten:(
Essen im hoch gepriesenen Beachrestaurant war nicht gut! Service mäßig und Küchenqualität den Preis bei weitem nicht wert! Wenige Gäste und Service war es nicht möglich Wein nachzuschenken. Würde ich absolut nicht empfehlen!

A beautiful resort that should not be missed.
Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay, we were upgraded to room 3120, which was lovely, on the ground floor, double aspect windows with French doors opening out to a large balcony. It was spotless and the service was impeccable. You also got a free bottle of water daily.
All the staff at the hotel were helpful and courteous and friendly.
There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, it is a 10 min walk away or you can get a buggy which is constantly running. The sunbeds and towels at the beach are free, except for the 2 front rows and there is a café there for drinks etc.
The only downside was the toilets, there are none at the beach itself, you have to walk 2 mins to the restaurant and use those.
The hotel is Grand, a 30 minute was to the main town that has lots of restaurants and shops. The walk isn't a bad one if you like walking as it's pretty flat, it's nice to walk a meal off. We ate a couple of times at the hotel, the first night we went to the pizza restaurant, which was a fun experience as you get to try lots of different pizzas. Another night we ate at the restaurant by the beach, which I thought was very good and not badly priced.
The pool area is nice and immaculate, there are no toilets by the pool either, you have to go to the spa, which was a bit inconvenient.
Every night there was some kind of entertainment, a disco, or star gazing, all different things.

I would defiantly recommend this resort as we had such a wonderful time.

Till restaurangen vid stranden 19.55 så blev jag bemött med ”vi öppnar om 5 min”. Det hade varit enkelt att placera mig vid ett bord utan den kommentaren. Stort och lite opersonligt hotell. Aktivitetstavlan var inte uppdaterad så jag missade yogan. Att ta betalt för solsängar på ett 5* hotell är inte ok.
