Emergencies happen that are out of our control, but the way the staff handled this issue fell WELL SHORT of a reasonable

Water main broke in the road, so there was no water through the night or the am. Not the facility’s fault, but when I asked about any discounts or offers for the inconvenience (loud work outside keeping me awake and no water to shower, freshen up, or even use the bathroom) the staff was defensive and bothered by the question.

Pros:

The hotel area had a water main break and we didn't have any breakfast or service. We were offered 2 bottles of water :(
Not hotel's fault but no real assistance offered.

Cons:

We went out and bought several gallons of water so we could flush toilet and clean up a little :(

Our stay was homey, busy, comfortable and all staff and hotel ammonites are absolutely exceptional.
Pros:

Imy grandson and I enjoyed and loved your morning meals,services services and we feel they were delicious and unique give stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Perhaps the pool could have been a little warmer of vorce that's optional I am meaning as this and previous months before when it's cool. I would like a designated smoking area on premise if at all possible.
