I i really liked the room and I thought it was very nice with the suite.
Clean & comfortable
My husband accidentally left a pair of shoes & I couldn’t get thru to the hotel by phone. No response to emails from the hotel.
The location
The room was outdated. Sink would stop up, ceiling fan was loose and did not work. House keeping enter my room while I was gone and didn’t leave a note or anything saying they were there. It was odd having house keeping come in my room when I had only been there for 1 day.
The location and the breakfast
The sofa were broken and the walls in the living area and bathroom were dirty

Inside pool was freezing cold. Could not get in. I asked to cancel last day and was given the run around. They finally agreed. They charged 120.00 for one day but give me credit for 13 dollars. I don’t think that is very fair
Very good bed and AC, breakfast.. Shower curtain much more pleasant smelling than rm 308, but toilet had a soil ring in rm 306.
Close to restaurants and indoor pool.

Rooms very comfortable and very clean.
Sticky floor in the elevator and large carpet stain in hallway in front of my room. Also, luggage cart had mud or chocolate on the carpeted part. No complimentary cookies which would be fine except they left the empty cookie display there all weekend to remind us of what we missed.
The AC and bed were comfortable .

housekeeping knocks at 9. check out is 11. rooms that have been checked out can be cleaned. annoying being interrupted while packing
