Novotel Canberra offers limited undercover, self-car parking for in-house guests only at $35 per car per day. Due to the limited spaces available, unfortunately parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed. To make your arrival and departure at the hotel easier, there is a drop off area in front of the hotel, where guests can unload luggage with the assistance of luggage trolleys. Alternatively, off-site public parking areas are located close by.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very convenient to the bus depot. The staff were friendly and had a great dinner location. A selection of all different types of pillows was fantastic.
The shower head didn’t attach to the wall properly. Like it had been replaced but with one that didn’t fit so the detachable head was just flopping around. Difficult to shower. There was some lollies on the ground under the bed.
The swipe cards don’t work properly, multiple insertions needed to get the lift to work. The staff were monotone and robot like.
The hotel is looking very dated and has significant signs of wear and tear.

The parking as there was workers everywhere building the tram so was very hard to get a park if you couldn't get into the underground parking so that was annoying having small kids was a bit of a stuff around other then that it was good 😊
We also stayed on a weekend so that maybe why parking was crazy
