Disappointing experience
Pros:

Location was very convenient and Internet was good.

Cons:

Very badly cleaned, old Doritos chips on the floor, house keeping did not clean the bathroom every night and most importantly, the air conditioning was terrible. It wasn’t strong enough or cool enough given the temperature was over 35 degrees every day we were there.

Pros:

Great location right in the CBD. Handy for wide range of bars/restaurants in the area. Excellent breakfast each day included. Our room rate was surprisingly good value - which may be a reflection of the ongoing extensive road works and traffic disruption throughout the city centre.

Cons:

Balcony furniture was rather "tired".
