Due to the limited spaces available, unfortunately parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed. To make your arrival and departure at the hotel easier, there is a drop off area in front of the hotel, where guests can unload luggage with the assistance of luggage trolleys. Alternatively, off-site public parking areas are located close by.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. I chose the accommodation purely based on geographic location to my workplace for the duration of my stay, however everything was honestly perfect! I didn't have a plug for the bathtub in my room, but staff were able to find one for me.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. If I'm ever back in Canberra for work, I'll be staying with you again :)

Location was perfect.
Rooms were average for the price i was charged. I paid for King Room with a balcony and Bed sheets were dirty. Balcony had a very old furniture. I cut myself with a nail/screws on the table there. It is still there and someone should take a photo to tell management how unsafe it is. I have been staying with Novotel Group for 25 years now but will never use this facility again and will let friends and families know about my experience.

Sauna has been permanently closed. If it had a Sauna, it would make the Hotel Exceptional as it already has an indoor heated pool and Spa

This is a minor inconvenience, but the design of the "do not disturb" signs to hang on the room door handles made it difficult to close the door from inside the room with the sign displayed. I eventually worked out how to jiggle it further along the handle so it could display, but it would be great if those could be slightly narrower/easier to hang in the future.
Otherwise, everything was great!
