Decent location, great atmosphere. Nice, fresh and clean bright rooms with immediate room service available. Totally Worth the value. Not much noise or disturbance and everything easily available and needs are catered to. All amenities are available. Great friendly happy smiling staff. Shows staff are also taken care of. Amazing!

Best to stay if you want to have Tranquility and Spirituality

I recently stayed at Elaf Taiba Hotel and I honestly did not expect to be this impressed. I have previously stayed at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah and Hilton Madinah, both of which I always considered my top choices because of their standards and overall condition. This time, Elaf Taiba genuinely surprised me and even exceeded my expectations.

The location is a major advantage. Being so close to the Haram made everything easy and comfortable, especially for frequent visits. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. I particularly liked the pleasant fragrance on every floor. It is a small detail, but it leaves a lasting impression.

A special mention to Bulbul from housekeeping who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. His attitude and attention to detail really stood out. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.

After this stay, Elaf Taiba will definitely be my preferred hotel in Madinah. I used to choose Hilton, but now they have earned a returning guest

I am extremely satisfied with the excellent housekeeping service. Room 615 was perfectly cleaned and well arranged by Room Attendants Aminul and Tanbir. Their attention to detail, cleanliness standards, and professionalism were truly impressive.

The stay offered an immaculate and contemporary environment, creating a spotless and welcoming setting with spacious, well-appointed rooms that felt extremely comfortable. The personnel were consistently courteous and attentive, always greeting with warmth and going beyond expectations to ensure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast selection was extensive and well prepared, and the overall standards, from housekeeping to amenities, reflected excellent value. The property’s position, just steps from the women’s prayer entrance and close to surrounding shops, made access very convenient, even though reaching other areas required a longer walk.

I had an excellent and truly exceptional stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location is outstanding, just a few steps from Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a calm and relaxing environment.

The service was exceptional, with staff who were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was well organised, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. An excellent choice for anyone visiting Madinah. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to the Taiba Shopping centre and literally across the road from the women's entrance for prayer. There are many shops surrounding the hotel, the only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the Rawdah from the hotel as it's on the other side.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere, the staff always greeted us with a smile. They have dates & kahva in reception along with water. There are also a number of seating areas and also a mini cafe for drinks/pastries.
The room we had was a quad, it was quite spacious and there was enough space to pray. We had a haram view which was fantastic. They top up with complimentary water, hot drink supplies and fresh towels/bedding/toiletries if you put the sign on.
The hotel is nice, modern and clean. I've seen lots of negative reviews prior to staying here and was a bit sceptical but it's been refurbished and it's a nice clean hotel.
I did not encounter any noise disturbances but my sister who is as staying a few rooms down could hear my daughter screaming and having a tantrum!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff greet you with a smile & Salam, they go above & beyond especially Bulbul who was always happy to help.

Spent 4 nights at this amazing hotel. There is absolutely nothing to fault. From the attentiveness and politeness of every staff member to the large and spotless rooms to the vast variety of items on the breakfast menu everything was perfect. I have to commend the hotel on the quality of their bath sheets. I have stayed at many 5 star establishments around the world and this is the first time I have seen such plush bath sheets (towels)
The haram is very close to the hotel.
I messaged my travel agent to tell him to recommend this hotels to all his clients going to madinah.
Will definitely stay at Elaf Taiba again inshallah.

We had 3 rooms, one with a view of the Haram. The rooms were really nice. Don't understand why they are listed as 3.5/4 star hotel. The room was a 5* in my opinion. Clean and very comfortable. Booked directly with the hotel and got a discount as they were running a promotion at the time of booking. Excellent location to get to the Haram. I picked this hotel because its proximity to the women's prayer area. Breakfast was OK and really amazing views of the Haram while having breakfast. Staff from checkin to checkout were all very helpful when needed and just made our stay so nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was newply renovated and extremely clean. Location is great, very close to Masjid Nabawi, and they provided chairs for us too!
