Great location and helpful staff, like the old style but could probably do with refurbishing.

Great location central to cafe’s, shops, gondola’s & all amenities. The room was clean & tidy and Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The furniture was a bit out dated, and there was a musky smell in the place.

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Thank you to the front of house staff, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and replenished. Close to every facility, waterbus, shops attractions

We enjoyed so much about our stay that our couple "dislikes" they weren't a deal breaker.
Pros:

The location was wonderful. We had a balcony and view of the Rialto Bridge and it was amazing and fun to sit and enjoy he sights and sounds.
The breakfast was fresh and ready every morning we came down. The staff was friendly and kept everything clean and stocked.

Cons:

The bed was a bit stiff and uncomfortable. We both ached upon waking.
The a/c didn't cool as much as we'd liked. It never got below 24ºC (75ºF) in the room and it was kinda uncomfortable, but we managed. We were told by the evening host that was the best it could do.

Pros:

Un magnifique hôtel placé on ne peut mieux car il donne juste sur le mythique pont du Rialto. Une merveille. Un grand merci a Fréderico pour son accueil, ses attentions toutes particulières pour nous faire un grand plaisir à l'occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage. C'était inoubliable grâce à vous.
