La atención, el desayuno, las instalaciones y la ubicación. Además fueron muy amables ya que tuve que hacer tareas de docencia online laboral y me brindaron un espacio para poder realizar las tareas.

Pros:

Sehr freundlich, perfekte Lage an der Rialto Brücke, Taxiboot zum Flughafen wurde vom Hotel organisiert (günstiger als über andere Anbieter).

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig (man hört die anderen Gäste wenn sie heimkommen und entsprechend herumlärmen). Wir sind leider 3-4 Mal davon aufgewacht.

Delightful place to stay!
Pros:

We loved staying here! The staff were amazing. The location was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from and we adored our room! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Die Lage war ok. Das war’s auch schon.

Cons:

Es hat in dem sehr kleinen Zimmer extrem gestunken. Es gab ein kleines Fenster zu einem Innenhof. Es gab extrem viele Störgeräusche. Sehr hellhörig. Selbst am Tag kommen nicht genug Licht in das Zimmer. Man musste immer das unangenehmer Kunstlicht anmachen.

No good I wouldn’t stay here again one of the worst stays unfortunately.
Pros:

Location & Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We paid for a superior room & The Room we were given on level 1 was awful constant noise from 7am in morning till 2am from kitchen staff closing up( below our room on side street)When we checked in Sunday the Man on reception was awful so rude & totally made us feel uncomfortable unwelcome( disgusting) I have never in all my travels experienced someone on reception so rude.

It doesn’t look like the pictures, there was old carpets that need to be washed, old curtains, old duvet (most of that need to be washed, looked a little bit dusty). The furnishings were ok not bad.

Tolle Lage, wenn man ein Zimmet nach vorne hin zur Brücke hat, dann unschlagbar:)
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine einzigartige Lage direkt an der Rialtobrücke:) leider gibt es nur wenige Zimmer von denen aus man auf die Brücke schaut. Wir hatten zunächst ein sehr dunkles Zimmer obwohl ich schon eine bessere Kategorie gebucht hatte. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann zum Glück in der 2. Nacht ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Ausblick auf die Brücke bekommen, das war wirklich grandios:)

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt, Preis/Leistung ist fragwürdig. Frühstück ist im Untergeschoss, Auswahl sehr gering, viele verschiedene Kuchen aber sonst sehr bescheiden…
